بيان بشأن أحداث ليبيا

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم الحمد لله رب العالمين ، والصلاة والسلام على خاتم الأنبياء وإمام المرسلين نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه ومن تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين وبعد :
فإن المنطقة العربية تشهد في هذه الفترة أحداثاً جساماً،تتمثل في الانتفاضات الهائلة المتتابعة للشعوب الرافضة للظلم والاستبداد ، فبدءاً بتونس ومروراً بمصر؛اندلعت هذه الأيام انتفاضة شعبية كبرى في ليبيا ضد نظام طاغوتي دام أكثر من أربعين عاماً ، عاشها الشعب الليبي المسلم مهضوم الحقوق مسلوب الإرادة ، يتجرع ألواناً من الأذى ، وصنوفاً من البلاء في أمور دينه ودنياه ، فكانت هذه الانتفاضة نتيجة طبيعة لهذا الظلم والطغيان ، وقد قام هذا النظام الظالم بقمع هذه الاحتجاجات السلمية بشكل همجي ، استعمل فيها آلته العسكرية بما في ذلك الأسلحة الثقيلة والطائرات الحربية ضد هذا الشعب الأعزل المسالم ، فكانت الحصيلة لهذه التصرفات الوحشية الرعناء آلافاً من القتلى والجرحى .
وانطلاقاً مما أوجبه الله تعالى على أهل العلم من بيان الحق ونصرة المظلوم فإننا نود إيضاح الآتي :
أولاً : أن ما يحدث من قتل وسفك لدماء هذا الشعب المسلم المسالم لهو جريمة بشعة يستنكرها كل من له مسكة من عقل أو وازع من دين .
ثانياً : أن الرابطة الإيمانية والأخوة الإسلامية تقتضي وجوب نصرة إخواننا في ليبيا ، ومد كافة أنواع العون لهم ، واستفراغ الوسع في كف هذا العدوان الغاشم عنهم .
ثالثا : أن الواجب الشرعي يحتم على جميع الدول الإسلامية ولاسيما دول الجوار؛ القيام بمسؤوليتها في نصرة هذا الشعب المسلم المستضعف ، وتقديم كافة المساعدات الإغاثية والطبية والعينية ، وفتح الحدود أمامها وتمكينها من الوصول لمن يحتاجها ، ومنع المأجورين من المرتزقة من الدخول لمواطأة هذه العصابة الظالمة في اقتراف هذه الجرائم .
رابعاً : إننا نطالب كافة المنظمات الدولية والحقوقية في العالم الوقوف ضد هذه الانتهاكات الإجرامية التي يمارسها هذا الطاغية وعصابته ، وممارسة كافة أنواع الضغوط عليه لإيقاف جرائمه القمعية البشعة تجاه هذا الشعب الأعزل .
خامساً : أننا نناشد قوات الأمن والجيش الليبي بألا يكونوا شركاء لهذا النظام الظالم في جرائمه ضد شعبه بل يجب عليهم أن يعملوا على حماية الناس وكف الظلم عنهم ، كما نثمن للقبائل الليبية موقفها المشرف في انحيازها لبقية أفراد الشعب، ونناشدهم الاستمرار في نصرة إخوانهم ، والحذر من مكائد النظام في شق صفوفهم ، وإثارة النعرة الجاهلية بينهم .
سادساً : أننا نوصي إخواننا في ليبيا بتقوى الله تعالى ، والصبر والمصابرة ، وصدق اللجأ إليه سبحانه، ومواصلة ما بدؤوه من هذه الهبّة المباركة التي يُرجى لها بعون الله تعالى أن تكون سبباً في زوال هذا النظام الحاكم الخبيث الذي سامهم الخسف والذل على مدى العقود الأربعة الماضية .
سابعاً : إن ما يمر به إخواننا المسلمون في ليبيا يُعَدُّ من النوازل التي يشرع لها القنوت ، لذا نهيب بعموم المسلمين الدعاء لإخوانهم بأن يحقن الله دمائهم ويحفظ أعراضهم ويرفع الظلم عنهم .
وفي الختام فإننا نسأل الله تعالى أن يكشف عن إخواننا في ليبيا هذه الغمة ، وأن يفرج عنهم هذا الكرب ، وأن ينتقم من هذا الظالم ، وأن يعجل زواله ، وأن يهيئ لهم من أمرهم رشدا ، وصلى الله على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين .
