طرابلس، ليبيا (CNN) -- في رابع ظهور له، علماً بأن الظهور الثالث كان هاتفياً مع التلفزيون الليبي، طالب كرر الزعيم الليبي، معمر القذافي، في كلمة مقتضبة ومفاجئة من فوق سور مرتفع بالساحة الخضراء، قوله إنه ليس رئيساً ولا ملكاً ولكن الشعب يحبه والثورة جعلت ليبيا قائدة العالم كله، داعياً أنصاره للخروج المسلح والدفاع عن ليبيا.

وتوعد القذافي، في كلمته للحشود في الساحة الخضراء، "الأعداء"، وقال "سنهزم أي محاولة خارجية كما هزمنا إيطاليا"، طالباً من الجماهير إلى الخروج والدفاع عن ليبيا، طالباً من الشباب، الذين خاطبهن بوصفهم ثواراً على اعتبار أنه مازال قائداً للثورة، في الساحة بأن "ارقصوا وغنوا وامرحوا واستعدوا."

وقال القذافي، واثقاً من حب الشعب له: "الشعب الذي لا يحبني لا يستحق الحياة."

وأضاف لقد "أرغمنا إيطاليا على الاعتذار لنا ودفعت التعويض"، وهذه الثورة (ثورة القذافي نفسخ) "أحيت ثورة عمر المختار من جديد."

وتوعد الأعداء بالقتل وقال "سوف نقاتلهم وسوف نهزمهم."

تجدر الإشارة إلى أن خطابه الأخير من مكالمة هاتفية مع التلفزيون الليبي الخميس، حيث يرى مراقبون أنه جاء رداً على أصوات شككت في هوية المتصل، وأكدوا أنه قد يكون خارج البلاد أو في طريقه إلى الخارج.

وفي كلمته الهاتفية الخميس، كرر القذافي اتهامه للمحتجين في ليبيا بتعاطي حبوب الهلوسة والمخدرات، وأن زعيم تنظيم القاعدة، أسامة بن لادن، يقف وراء الاضطرابات التي تشهدها الدولة العربية الواقعة في شمال أفريقيا، والتي أسفرت عن سقوط مئات القتلى والجرحى.

وشدد على أنه لن يتخلى عن السلطة، قائلاً، إنه لن يحدث أبداً في ليبيا ما حدث في كل من تونس ومصر، في إشارة إلى تخلي كل من الرئيسين زين العابدين بن علي، وحسني مبارك، عن السلطة، بعد احتجاجات شعبية حاشدة مناوئة لنظاميهما.

وتابع القذافي متحدثاً عن المواجهات التي تشهدها مدينة "الزاوية"، القريبة من العاصمة طرابلس، قائلاً: "ما هي مطالبهم؟.. المطالب ليست عندهم بل عند بن لادن، وأنتم يا أهل الزاوية إيش دخلكم في بن لادن؟"، واتهم عناصر تابعة لتنظيم القاعدة بتقديم "حبوب هلوسة" للشباب، ثم يطلبون منهم مهاجمة الأمن.

وكان القذافي قد ذكر في خطاب مطول وجهه إلى الشعب الليبي الثلاثاء، أن بعض المناطق الليبية سقطت في أيدي من وصفهم بـ"المتشددين الإسلاميين من أتباع تنظيم القاعدة"، وقال إن العالم وأمريكا لن "يسمحوا بإقامة إمارات إسلامية هنا، و"سيجلبون الاستعمار مرة أخرى إلى ليبيا."
