مصطلح مهم وقد يتطور وفق الثورات التي قد يشهدها العالم العربي الى مالا يوافق فهمنا للأشياء بصورتها الطبيعية .

بلطجة او بلطجية مفهوم عرفناه في أكثر المسلسلات والأفلام العربية مارسه النظام المخلوع في تونس ومصر على تخويف الشعب وقتل المتظاهرين بهدف التضييق على مجموعة قيل عنها في البداية انها مجموعة من الإرهابيين بتونس وأخرى مدسوسة ومدعومة من الخارج

لكن ثورة ليبيا اعطت المعنى المخالف للثورتين السابقتين حيث ان النظام ومع طلعاته يحاول ان يوحي الى المستمع في الداخل والخارج ان الأمر تعدى كونه مجرد ثورة ضد الأستبداد والظلم الى إرهاب مخطط له ليجر بليبيا الغنية بالنفط والغاز الى ساحة نشاط كامل تأخذ فيه القاعدة مجالا لضرب قوى الغرب .
لكن من الواضح ان معمر القذافي كان وجها آخر للأرهاب المسيس والمنظم وإلا كيف نفسر إعتماده على المرتزقة في ضرب شعبه الذي خضع له طيلة اربعة عقود وكيف تم هذا الأخير لا يثق بجيشه الذي في كثير من المناسبات يقول عنه انه جيش لا يقهر زعيمه معمر القذافي .

ذكرت صحيفة "الوطن" السعودية ان العقيد الليبي معمر القذافي لم يستطيع على مدى أكثر من أربعة عقود من حكمه أن يبني مؤسسة عسكرية قوية قادرة على حماية وحدة البلاد وسلامة أراضيها.

وقالت الصحيفة "ان القذافي تعمد ذلك لمنع قيام مركز قوة قد ينقلب عليه في يوم من الأيام، وقد يكون نتيجة لرؤية قاصرة تعود العالم على توقعها من شخصية مثل القذافي".

وتابعت الصحيفة: "لكن القذافي في النهاية حرم البلاد من مؤسسة تحافظ على وحدة البلاد في أوقات الأزمات، تماما كما حدث في تونس ومصر مؤخرا، فالوطن يبقى دائما هو الأبقى، وسيكتب التاريخ للجيشين التونسي والمصري مواقفهما المشرفة من الثورات الشعبية التي اندلعت في كل من البلدين، وأخذهما بزمام الأمور في الوقت المناسب حفاظا على أمن الوطن وسلامة المواطنين".

وأضافت إن مشكلة ليبيا هي أن التركيبة العسكرية فيها غامضة ومفككة، وفيها عناصر لا تكاد توجد في باقي جيوش العالم، فهناك الكتائب الأمنية التي يقودها أبناء القذافي، والميليشيات الشعبية، وقوات الأمن، بالإضافة إلى وحدات الجيش المختلفة التي تفتقر إلى عقيدة قتالية واضحة ومحددة.

وحسب الصحيفة: "لكن أسوأ ما في الأمر هو وجود مرتزقة بعشرات الآلاف ضمن تركيبة المؤسسة العسكرية الليبية، إذا صح أن يطلق عليها اسم مؤسسة، هؤلاء المرتزقة، بالتعاون مع بعض أنصار النظام المقربين والمستفيدين، هم الذين يرتكبون عمليات القتل اليومية ضد أبناء الشعب الليبي".

وقالت إن وجود هؤلاء المرتزقة "يثبت بما لا يترك مجالا للشك أن القذافي لم يكن يثق بأبناء شعبه وولائهم له، ولذلك عمل على تأسيس ورعاية كتائب المرتزقة ليعتمد عليها إذا تعرض لأي محاولة للإطاحة بنظامه كما يحدث الآن".
