ذلك ان شخص يدعى إبراهيم يحي القذافي يقوم تحت غطاء شركة كبيرة للعمالة
داخل إفريقيا . بدفع أموال مقابل تجنيد مرتزقة أفارقة ... مما يجعل الجزائر بريئة
مما نسبه أحد القادة الليبيين الذي أراد ان يزج بالجزائريين في دوامة الفتنة .
