السجل الدموي لمجنون ليبيا
يعد نظام معمر القذافي في ليبيا واحدا من أكثر الأنظمة انغلاقا، بالنظر إلى تركيبته الغامضة القائمة على منظومة أمنية معقدة ومتعددة، وتحولت هذه المنظومة الأمنية إلى أدوات للقتل والتنكيل بالمعارضين السياسيين الليبيين في الداخل، وطالت الكثير من الشخصيات السياسية الأجنبية، في سياق صفقات الدم التي كان يعقدها مجنون ليبيا مع الدول والتنظيمات المسلحة الدولية.
في 7أفريل 1974 قال مجنون ليبيا خلال مؤتمر عام ''أنا استطيع أن أعدم عددا من أفراد الشعب لأنهم أعداء الثورة، الذي يعارض لازم ندوسه بالأقدام''. وكان هذا الخطاب بداية لفترة دموية قاسية ضد المعارضين.
ويكشف تقرير مفصل حول انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان أعدته الجبهة الوطنية لإنقاذ ليبيا، المشكلة من قوى سياسية ليبية بالأسماء والمواقع، عددا كبيرا من عمليات الاغتيال والقتل والشنق للمعارضين السياسيين والعسكريين الليبيين للنظام الليبي، كان أبرزهم منصور الكيخيا الذي اغتاله المجنون في مصر عام 1992، ناهيك عن محاولات الاغتيال التي نفذها ضد المعارضين كرئيس الوزراء الأسبق سليمان المغربي في لندن، ورئيس الوزراء الأسبق أيضا عبد الحميد البكوش في مصر، والرائد عبد المنعم الهوني في روما، وهو مندوب ليبيا لدى الجامعة العربية الذي استقال قبل أيام.
ويتوقف التقرير الذي يغطي الفترة بين 1970 إلى عام 2000 عند رقم 3726 شخص من كبار الشخصيات، بينهم ضباط في الجيش وشخصيات سياسية مسؤولة ودكاترة في الجامعات وطلاب جامعات ونشطاء حقوقيون ومحامون وقضاة ومن مختلف المهن، تم تدبير اغتيالهم على يد أجهزة الأمن والاستخبارات الليبية بطرق مختلفة، عبر تفجير سياراتهم أو حوادث سير أو الاغتيال بالرصاص، أو الاختطاف والقتل تحت التعذيب، وإخفاء الجثث ودفنها، ويشير التقرير إلى أن بعضهم اعتقلوا بتهم الانتماء إلى تنظيمات سياسية أو محاولة إدارة انقلاب أو النشاط ضد الثورة، وتم إعدامهم.
ويعد حامد العبيدي وزير الدفاع، ومحمود المنتصر رئيس الوزراء، ومفتاح سلمان بوشلاح قائد قوات الأمن، والثلاثة في عهد الملك إدريس السنوسي، المطاح به من قبل المجنون في سبتمبر 1969 أولى الشخصيات التي اغتالها المجنون في فيفري 1970، يقول التقرير كما صفىأغلب الشخصيات السياسية والعسكرية والوزراء الذين كانوا يعملون مع الملك إدريس السنوسي.
لكن المجنون وما إن انتهى من تصفية بقايا الملكية في ليبيا، حتى التف على الضباط الأحرار الذين قادوا معه الثورة سبتمبر 1969، وكان رفيقه الضابط امحمد أحمد الحارثي أول ضحايا المجنون، وتبعه في التصفية النقيب عطية موسى الكاسح الزوي وعضو مجلس الثورة امحمد أبو بكر بوقريف، وطه الشريف بن عامر وزير الاتصال في مجلس الثورة.
وتلا ذلك تصفية كبيرة لعدد كبير من ضباط الجيش والأمن في عمليات مدبرة. واغتالالمجنون مدير مكتبه صالح أبو فروة، وقائد طائرته الخاصة محمد نجم الدين اليازجي، والطيار نجيب الطبيب. وخلال تلك الفترة لم يسلم رفقاء المجنون في المدرسة والفنانون والمثقفون من الاغتيال، حيث اغتال رفيقه في المدرسة الإعدادية في سبها امحمد سعيد أبو مزود الورفلي، والدكتور عيسى الفيتوري والإمام محمد البشتي، كما اغتيل الفنان عمر الصادق الورفلي. وقام نظام المجنون بعمليات اغتيال مهولة في ماي 1974 في أوساط الطلبة الجامعيين.
لكن شبكات الدم التي أنشأها المجنون طالت عددا من الشخصيات السياسية والدينية غير الليبية، لعل أبرزها كان اغتياله للمرجع الشيعي الإمام موسى الصدر والشيخ محمد يعقوب والصحفي عباس بدر الدين المرافقين له في زيارة إلى ليبيا بدعوة شخصية من مجنون ليبيا في أوت 1978 كما اغتال في حادث تفجير طائرة مروحية نائب رئيس ألمانيا الشرقية فيرنو لاميدر والعضو في الحكومة بول ماركوفسكي، رفقة مترجم ومصور. كما اغتال قائد القوات التشادية محمد الباقلاني وسفير تشاد في ليبيا باني ديستان. كما فجّر طائرة مدنية ليبية كان على متنها 39 شخصية سياسية ومهنية من مصر وبنغلاديش والسودان، كانوا في زيارة إلى ليبيا في ديسمبر 1992
ويحصي التقرير 42 سجنا ومعتقلا سريا لنظام مجنون ليبيا، ويتبع كل معتقل جهاز أمن أو وحدة خاصة.
