انقلاب عسـكري ‬فـاشل في ‬قطر

تمكن أمير دولة قطر، حمد بن خليفة آل ثاني، نهاية الأسبوع الماضي، من إحباط محاولة انقلاب استهدفته. وجرى بعد ذلك عزل ما لا يقل عن 30 ضابطا ساميا في الجيش القطري، فيما وضع بعضهم تحت الإقامة الجبرية.
وجاءت الأنباء عن الانقلاب العسكري المحبط، تزامنا مع بيان أصدرته شخصيات في العائلات الأميرية في قطر رفقة سياسيين معارضين للنظام الحاكم الحالي، أمس الأول، أعلنوا فيه عن عدم اعترافهم بشرعية الأمير حمد بن خليفة آل ثاني، وتوليتهم لشقيقه اللاجئ في فرنسا، عبد العزيز بن خليفة بن حمد آل ثاني إمارة دولة قطر.
وتضمن بيان المعارضة القطرية الذي وقّعه 66 معارضا سياسيا وشخصيات من شيوخ قطر والعائلات الحاكمة فيها، منهم 16 شخصية من عائلة آل ثاني الحاكمة، اتهامات خطيرة وبالجملة لأمير قطر الحالي، منها إقامة علاقات مع إسرائيل والعمالة للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، والعمل على تشتيت الصف العربي، إلى جانب التورط رفقة عائلته وعائلة زوجته في قضايا فساد وظلم اجتماعي راح ضحيته الآلاف من القطريين.
قالت مصادر من المعارضة القطرية في الخارج، إن أمير قطر تمكّن من إحباط محاولة انقلابية ضده، قام به قادة في الجيش القطري يوم الخميس الماضي، لتوضح المصادر أن 30 ضابطا من الجيش جرى اعتقالهم، منهم 5 ضباط من الحرس الأميري، فيما وضع 16 شخصية من شيوخ عائلة آل ثاني، يشغلون كلهم مناصب رفيعة في الجيش القطري، تحت الإقامة الجبرية.
وقالت نفس المصادر إن الانقلاب الفاشل الذي قاده قائد أركان الجيش القطري، اللواء حمد بن علي العطية، لم يكن وليد اللحظة، بل كان نتيجة تراكمات بدأت منذ الانقلاب الأول عام 1996، بعد انقلاب الأمير حمد بن خليفة آل ثاني على والده.
وأضافت المصادر أن غضباَ عاما يسود أروقة المؤسسة العسكرية والأسرة الحاكمة، أجبرت الشيخ حمد بن خليفة على الاجتماع بشيوخ آل ثاني لوضعهم في صورة المحاولة الانقلابية، محذرا من انقسام الأسرة المالكة، فيما كلف الأمير سكرتيره الشخصي سعد الرميحي بمتابعة شؤون وزارتي الداخلية والدفاع، والتنسيق بينها وبين الديوان الأميري.
وبشأن أسباب الانقلاب، قالت المصادر إن قبول الأمير الحالي لدولة قطر باستضافة قواعد عسكرية أجنبية، في إشارة إلى قاعدة عيديد الأمريكية، وسياسة التقارب مع إسرائيل، والزيارات السرية المتبادلة مع مسؤولين صهاينة، كان من بين أهم ما أجّج الشعور بالامتهان والغضب لدى قادة المؤسسة العسكرية في قطر.
كما كشفت نفس المصادر عن أن ما زاد من حدة الغضب في أوساط شيوخ العائلة الحاكمة تجاه الأمير الحالي، هو شريط فيديو جرى تسريبه يظهر فيه الأمير حمد، يوثق عملية تحميل الطائرات الأمريكية من قواعدها في قطر بقنابل الفسفور الأبيض والذخيرة والمعدات العسكرية وإنشاء جسر جوي بين الدوحة وتل أبيب مرورا بدولة ثالثة، خلال العدوان الأخير على قطاع غزة. وقالت المصادر إن شريط الفيديو تم تسجيله من طرف ضباط قطريين كبار، وتم تسريبه إلى بعض زعامات العائلة الحاكمة، ما أوجد حالة غليان ورفض للدور المزدوج والمتناقض الذي تقوم به دولة قطر في علاقتها العلنية الداعمة للفلسطينيين من جهة، عبر ذراعها الإعلامي ''الجزيرة''، وتزويد جلادها الصهيوني بأدوات قتلهم. وحسب نفس المصادر، فقد تسارعت الأحداث في قطر بشكل أكد وجود محاولة انقلابية فاشلة، حيث قالت إن سلسلة من الإقالات المفاجئة طالت قيادات رفيعة في المؤسسة العسكرية القطرية، بعدما أعلنت رفضها التوجه إلى مقرات العمل في القيادة بإيعاز من قطب مهم في تركيبة القيادة السياسية القطرية.
وفي هذا الإطار، قالت المصادر إن كبار أفراد الأسرة الحاكمة عقدوا على مدى الأسبوعين الماضيين اجتماعات سرية في بريطانيا وسويسرا وفرنسا، لتوحيد أجنحتهم المتصارعة بصمت لتحدي أي خطوات عليا لتقليم أظافرهم سياسيًا، وإعادة تحجيم مراكز القوى الداخلية.
