بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم والصلاة والسلام على أشرف المرسلين وبعد
هيا لنقول لا لشرط التسجيل في الدكتوراه الذي جاء به مرسوم أعداء العلم والنزاهة ونطالب بإتاحة لنا الفرصة للتسجيل في هذا الموسم وذلك من خلال الرابط التالي

بالإرادة والعزيمة نتحدى الصعاب ونفتت الصخور

نحن حملة الماجستير الجدد الذين لم تسمح لنا بيروقراطية الإدارة (آخر أجل للتسجيل في الدكتوراه نهاية ديسمبر من كل عام) التسجيل في الدكتوراه و التي ينجم عنها:
1- عدم التمكن من المشاركة في مسابقات التوظيف إذا نظمت قبل نهاية الموسم الدراسي لأن التسجيل في الدكتوراه لم يعد مزية ينال منها المترشح نقاط زائدة وإنما شرطا أساسيا في قبول الملف وهذا طبقا لمرسوم الخزي الساري به العمل إلى اليوم أو حتى تلك التي ستنظم في العام القادم إن شاء الله إذا تم الإبقاء على هذا الشرط .
2- مضيعة الوقت : الإنتظار حتى الموسم القادم ومن يضمن لنا بأن المجالس العلمية التي تدرس مشاريع الدكتوراه وتوافق عليها ستنظم في مواعيد تسمح لنا بالمشاركة في أي مسابقة ستنظم على المستوى الوطني وهو رهان بعيد المنال.
3- عدم الإستفادة من منحة 12000 لكل شهر
إننا نطالب بالسماح لنا بالتوظيف دون التسجيل في الدكتوراه ليس لأننا غير مؤهلين أو نعمل على زيادة الجامعة رداءة فوق رداءة وإنما البيروقراطية وفوضى القرارات هي التي تجعلنا نتمسك بهذا المطلب
وليعلم كل المعنيين بإلغاء المرسوم بأن هذا ليس تشتيتا للجهود وإنما من أجل انقاذ الضمائر وشحذ الهمم حتى يكون الجميع يدا واحدة ضد المرسوم الذي إذا ما ألغي نهائيا فستلبى مطالب الجميع.
