قال الرئيس اليمني -خلال لقاء بعشرات من علماء الدين بثه التلفزيون اليمني مساء أمس- "لقد سئمنا السلطة بعد 32 عاما والناس سئمونا، لكننا نريد انتقال الحكم بطرق سلمية".

وتوقع انقسام اليمن إذا وصلت المعارضة إلى السلطة, وقال "لن يقدروا على أن يحكموا أسبوعا واحدا، وأجزم بذلك وبأن اليمن سينقسم إلى أربعة أشطار".

ورأى الرئيس اليمني أن المظاهرات والاحتجاجات أثرت على الحركة التجارية والوضع الاقتصادي، "وخاصة بعد نصب الخيام في الساحات العامة". وقال إن "سياسة نصب الخيام لن تجدي شيئا، والأفضل العودة إلى طاولة الحوار".

واتهم جهات لم يسمها بتمويل المظاهرات المطالبة بإسقاطه، وقال "هم يريدون الفتنة"، وشدد على أن دور علماء الدين ضروري في درء الفتنة بين اليمنيين، وأبدى ترحيبه بأي مقترح لعلماء الدين في اليمن للخروج منها.

وقال مخاطبا علماء الدين من الزيدية والشافعية، "اتفقوا فيما بينكم على الخروج بحل يفضي إلى خروج اليمن من محنته، وستكونون أنتم من بيده الحل والعقد".

وكانت المعارضة اليمنية أعلنت رفضها لمقترح إقامة حكومة وحدة وطنية، وأصرت -عبر ناطقها الرسمي محمد الصبري- على إسقاط النظام.

وقالت المعارضة إنها ستقف مع عشرات الآلاف من المحتجين المطالبين بإنهاء حكم صالح الذي يسعى -كما تقول رويترز- لحشد الدعم من جماعات عشائرية وقادة عسكريين.

بانهيار الدولة العراقية سياسيا فتح المجال لايران التوسع في المنطقة و في دول اخرى مجاورة
و اليمن اولها و افغنستان ثانيها و باكستان في الطريق
و كادت السودان ان تكون احدى ضحاياها
