تقرير سري للمخابرات الأمريكية حول مجنون ليبيا

تكشف وثائق سرية للمخابرات الأمريكية، حول ليبيا، عن وجود علاقة بين مجنون ليبيا ومنظمات إرهابية في مختلف مناطق العالم، كما تكشف أيضا جانبا من برنامج التسلح الليبي وأسبابه، حيث توضح الوثائق أن المجنون كان ينفق ملايير الدولارات على برنامج تسليح يهدف فقط إلى التباهي والتفاخر.
ويظهر تقرير لوكالة الاستخبارات الأمريكية ''سي آي إيه''، تم إعداده في مارس من عام 1999، أن نظام المجنون في ليبيا، سعى إلى تطوير برنامج عسكري، اعتمد على شقين، الأول تمثل في التسليح بشكل متسارع والبحث عن امتلاك صواريخ طويلة المدى، والثاني تمثل في محاولة تطوير قدرات ردع غير تقليدية، من خلال برنامج نووي.
وتوضح الوثيقة المكونة من 39 صفحة، أن المجنون أنفق ملايير الدولارات على تنمية قدراته العسكرية لثلاثة أسباب، أولها التفاخر والتباهي بالقوة العسكرية، وثانيا من أجل امتلاك قدرات ردع إقليمية، وفي المقام الثالث بغية ممارسة الإرهاب.وتكشف الوثيقة عن وجود عدم تناسق بين الأموال المنفقة على التسليح في الجيش الليبي وبين تطوير قدراته الفعلية، حيث تسرد الوثيقة واقعة جرت عام 1986 ولم يتم الكشف عنها في حينها.
ففي الصفحة 37 من التقرير، تقول المخابرات الأمريكية أن المجنون أمر بإطلاق صواريخ على قاعدة عسكرية أمريكية مقرها جنوبي إيطاليا، مضيفة أن المجنون قام بذلك انتقاما للقصف الأمريكي الذي طال منزله في طرابلس وراح ضحيته في ذلك الوقت ابنته بالتبني.
وحسب الوثيقة، فإن الجيش الليبي أطلق بالفعل صاروخين على الأقل من طراز ''سكود ب'' على قاعدة للبحرية الأمريكية في جزيرة لامبيدوزا التابعة لإيطاليا والواقعة قبالة السواحل التونسية والليبية، غير أن تلك الصواريخ لم تصب أهدافها، حيث وقعت في عرض البحر الأبيض المتوسط قبل بلوغها الهدف.
وفي وثيقة أمريكية سرية أخرى، صدرت في جانفي عام 1988، تقول المخابرات الأمريكية إن المجنون قدم دعما ماليا وعسكريا لثوار جبهة مورو الإسلامية في الفليبين، إلى جانب دعمه للمتمردين الأكراد.
وفي تقرير آخر للمخابرات الأمريكية صدر في 5 أوت عام 1985، تكشف ''سي آي إيه'' النقاب عن بعض ممارسات مجنون ليبيا،حيث أنه دعا كافة الليبيين إلى تحطيم الآلات الموسيقية الغربية، كونها تمثل -حسبه- الإمبريالية والولاء للغرب. كما قالت نفس الوثيقة إن المجنون أمر بقصف أكشاك في ليبيا، عبر الجو، لأن أصحابها كانوا يبيعون كتبا ومؤلفات لا تتناسب مع فكره وكتابه الأخضر.
وتقول نفس البرقية، إن المجنون دعم النظام الإيراني سنوات الثمانينات بالأسلحة لمواجهة نظام صدام حسين في العراق، خلال الحرب العراقية الإيرانية.وفي التفاصيل، أوضحت البرقية أن المجنون باع للإيرانيين صواريخ سكود أرض أرض، استعملتها طهران حينذاك في قصف المدن العراقية خلال حرب الخليج الأولى. وكان هدف المجنون من خطوته تلك هو الانتقام من نظام صدام الذي كان يدعم المعارضة الليبية في الخارج.

فعلا مجنون و فيه ايضا قضية حدثت في بداية الالفية الجديدة حول سعي ليبيا الى استخدام انشطة نووية عوقبت من خلالها ليبيا بفرض عقوبات على انشطتها التجارية ان توفق انشطتها التجريبية
و فعلا توفق البرنامج الذي كانت ليبيا ستقوم بالشروع فيه
