الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وعلى آله وصحبه ومن اهتدى بهداه، وبعد..
من العجب أننا في زمانٍ كثُرت به العجائب حتى تجاوزت (العجائب السبع) فأصبحنا في كل يوم نرى العجب.. ومن العجب -بدلاً من أن توجهنا نصوص الشرع- أصبحت شبكة العنكبوت –وهي أوهن البيوت- موجهةً للناس في قضايا مفصلية كبرى في حياة الأمم والشعوب (عامة) وحياة الأمة الإسلامية (خاصة).. وما (موديل) أو (ظاهرة) (المظاهرات=الخروج) عنَّا ببعيد..
ولكن عجبي ليس من عوام الناس بل عجبي من دعاة الشريعة، وظني أن من أخطر مراحل العبد هو إذا كان داعياً إلى الله تعالى؛ لأنه إما أن يسير بخطى مستقيمة شرعية ثابتة ربانية، وإما أن يسير بخطى يوماً تكون ثابتة ويوماً بخطى معوجة!!، وظني أن الخطى لا تستقيم إلاَّ إذا استقامت الخطوة الأولى.. فبعض الدعاة إذا ما تكلم بالفتنة وقت الرخاء وجدته منضبطاً بأقواله!!، وإذا ما وقعت الفتنة تجده يخوض غمارها، وظني أن رسوخ العلم ووضوحه يكون في الفتن والنوازل، فعندها تظهر الحكمة التي خصَّ بها اللهُ تعالى بعض عباده فقال سبحانه: (يُؤْتِي الْحِكْمَةَ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَمَنْ يُؤْتَ الْحِكْمَةَ فَقَدْ أُوتِيَ خَيْرًا كَثِيرًا وَمَا يَذَّكَّرُ إِلَّا أُولُو الْأَلْبَاب) [البقرة:269].
والعجب لو سألنا هذا الداعية أو ذاك عن حديث عبادة بن الصامت –رضي الله عنه- لوجدته حافظاً، بل متقنناً له سنداً ومتناً، ولكن العجب هل تَذَكَّرَهُ وقت (المظاهرة=الخروج)؟!! أم غفل عنه وأخذته حماسة الشباب؟!! أم وقع في شرك العنكبوت؟!! أم أخذته رياحٌ أخر؟!!
أخوتاه.. أخرج البخاري ومسلم في صحيحيهما من حديث جُنَادَةَ بْنِ أَبِى أُمَيَّةَ قَالَ: دَخَلْنَا عَلَى عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ وَهُوَ مَرِيضٌ فَقُلْنَا حَدِّثْنَا أَصْلَحَكَ اللَّهُ بِحَدِيثٍ يَنْفَعُ اللَّهُ بِهِ سَمِعْتَهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- فَقَالَ: دَعَانَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه سلم- فَبَايَعْنَاهُ فَكَانَ فِيمَا أَخَذَ عَلَيْنَا أَنْ بَايَعَنَا عَلَى السَّمْعِ وَالطَّاعَةِ فِي مَنْشَطِنَا وَمَكْرَهِنَا وَعُسْرِنَا وَيُسْرِنَا وَأَثَرَةٍ عَلَيْنَا وَأَنْ لاَ نُنَازِعَ الأَمْرَ أَهْلَهُ قَالَ: «إِلاَّ أَنْ تَرَوْا كُفْرًا بَوَاحًا عِنْدَكُمْ مِنَ اللَّهِ فِيهِ بُرْهَانٌ».
فهل هؤلاء الذين نظموا (المظاهرات=الخروج) وجدوا في مصر وفي غيرها الكفر البواح؟!! أم وجدوا في حكامهم المعاصي والذنوب؟ يقول الإمام ابن باز –رحمه الله تعالى-: "وإنما الذي يستبيح الخروج على الدولة بالمعاصي هم الخوارج, الذين يكفرون المسلمين بالذنوب, ويقاتلون أهل الإسلام, ويتركون أهل الأوثان" [مجموع الفتاوى4/91]
فلو تأملنا الحديث وجدنا الخروج يجوز ولا يجوز. يجوز إذا وجد الكفر البواح الذي يقرره (العلماء) ووجدت عوامل التغيير التي تبنى أصولها على جلب المصالح ودرء المفاسد، وتقوم على وفق القدرة الشرعية، وإلاَّ كما يقول العلامة ابن باز –رحمه الله-: "فإن عدموا القدرة لعجزهم فليس لهم الخروج ولو رأوا كفرا بواحاً؛ لأن خروجهم فيه فساد للأمة ويضر الناس ويوجب الفتنة وهو ما يتعارض ودوافع الخروج الشرعي وهو الإصلاح ومنفعة الناس والأمة" [مجموع الفتاوى7/115].
ويقول العلامة ابن عثيمين –رحمه الله-: "... وليس من المصلحة أن تقوم فئة قليلة سلاحها قليل في وجه دولة بقوتها وسلاحها، لأن هذا يترتب عليه إراقة الدماء واستحلال الحرام دون ارتفاع المحذور الذي انتقدوا به الأمراء" [التلخيص المعين على شرح الإربعين العثيمين]
والخروج الذي لا يجوز إذا كان في الحاكم فسق لا يصل إلى الكفر وقد تقدم كلام العلامة ابن باز –رحمه الله-.
والعجب، متى هؤلاء دعاة (الضجيج) و(الصفير) يستثمرون عقولهم ليوزنوا –ولو لمرة واحدة- عاقبت أقوالهم وأفعالهم على ميزان المصلحة الشرعية والحقيقة المرعية؟ فالله تعالى ما أعطى العقول إلاَّ لأجل تمييز المصالح والمفاسد، للوصول إلى المقاصد العالية والغايات المشروعة، يقول العلامة السعدي –رحمه الله-: "...فكل مخلوق، تجده يسعى لما خلق له من المنافع، وفي دفع المضار عنه، حتى إن الله تعالى أعطى الحيوان البهيم من العقل، ما يتمكن به على ذلك." [تيسير الكريم506]، سبحان الله!! إذا كانت البهائم قد أُعطيت بعض العقل للتمييز بين ما يضرها وينفعها، بل تجد أنها قد استثمرت ذلكم البعض في منافعها، إلاَّ أننا نجد بيننا نحن البشر من قد غيَّب عقله وأطلق هواه والخراب من حوله ويقول: أفتى (القرضاوي)!! وأفتى (القرني)!!، فلو تفكر هؤلاء لو أن فعلهم باء بالفشل ما تكون عاقبة أمر الناس؟! ألخيرٍ أم إلى شرٍ؟
