إسرائيل وراء مرتزقة القذافي
كشف مصدر إعلامي إسرائيلي عن وقوف مؤسسة أمنية إسرائيلية -وبتفويض من الحكومة الإسرائيلية- وراء إرسال مجموعات من المرتزقة الأفارقة إلى ليبيا للهجوم على الثوار .
وأضاف المصدر -وهو صحفي بجريدة يديعوت أحرونوت الإسرائيلية اشترط عدم كشف اسمه- أن تسريبات أمنية تؤكد أن إسرائيل تنظر إلى الثورة الليبية من منظور أمني إستراتيجي، وتعتبر أن سقوط نظام القذافي سيفتح الباب أمام "نظام إسلامي" في ليبيا.
وأفاد المصدر بأن رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو (http://www.aljazeera.net/news/archive/archive?ArchiveId=1065783) ووزير الدفاع إيهود باراك (http://www.aljazeera.net/NR/exeres/6E21B5DA-3108-4827-9FDF-645F97ECAC48.htm) ووزير الخارجية أفيغدور ليبرمان (http://www.aljazeera.net/news/archive/archive?ArchiveId=1169070) اتخذوا في اجتماع ثلاثي يوم 18 فبفبري الماضي قرارا بتجنيد مرتزقة أفارقة يحاربون إلى جانب القذافي.
وأكدت التسريبات الأمنية أن الاجتماع وافق على طلب من الجنرال يسرائيل زيف -مدير مؤسسة الاستشارات الأمنية "غلوبل سي إس تي" التي تنشط في العديد من الدول الأفريقية- بوضع مجموعات مرتزقة شبه عسكرية من غينيا ونيجيريا وتشاد وجمهورية أفريقيا الوسطى ومالي والسنغال وأفراد من الحركات المتمردة في إقليم دارفور وفي جنوب السودان (http://www.aljazeera.net/NR/exeres/985C9F4E-E40A-4D7F-85EB-050BC167BD25.htm) تحت تصرف مسؤول الاستخبارات الليبية عبد الله السنوسي.
وحسب المصدر نفسه فقد أكد رئيس شعبة الاستخبارات العسكرية الجنرال آفيف كوخفي خلال الاجتماع –الذي حضره أيضا رئيس شعبة شمال أفريقيا في الخارجية شالوم كوهين- أن المتابعة الدقيقة والرصد الثاقب أظهرا أن ثورة ليبيا يغلب عليها "الطابع الديني والأصولي"، وأن جماعة الإخوان المسلمين لها اليد الطولى فيها، وعلى الأخص في شرق ليبيا، وتحديدا مدينة بنغازي (http://www.aljazeera.net/NR/exeres/CDB99246-9CFC-4BB6-8F4C-C7129371D71C.htm).
واعتبر كوخفي أنه إذا ما سقط نظام القذافي فإن النظام البديل سيكون "نظاما إسلاميا"، مما يوفر عمقا إستراتيجيا لحركة الإخوان المسلمين في مصر والأردن والسودان.
وكشفت التسريبات أن زيف والجنرال يوسي كوبرساور ووزير الخارجية الإسرائيلي الأسبق شلومو بن عامي والسفير الإسرائيلي الأسبق في باريس نسيم زويلي الموجود في السنغال التقوا مع السنوسي ومع قيادات ليبية موالية للقذافي في قاعدة عسكرية بالعاصمة التشادية إنجمينا.
وفي هذا اللقاء عرض السنوسي على زيف أن تمد مؤسسته الأمنية -التي بحوزتها مجموعات عسكرية أفريقية ووحدات من المستشارين والمدربين العسكريين- ليبيا بمجموعات من أفراد هذه التشكيلات المدربة تدريبا خاصا على القتال في الحروب الأهلية.
وفي مقابل ذلك تدفع ليبيا إلى المؤسسة الإسرائيلية خمسة مليارات دولار قابلة للزيادة إذا ما برهن مرتزقتها على فاعليتهم في التصدي للثوار الليبيين.
وتم الاتفاق كذلك على نقل هذه المجموعات الأفريقية المسلحة إلى تشاد، ثم تنقلها من هناك طائرات ليبية أو تشادية إلى عدة مناطق ومدن ليبية، مثل سبها في الجنوب وطرابلس في الوسط وسرت في الشمال.
وقال المصدر نفسه إن عدد أفراد هذه المجموعات بلغ خمسين ألفا مزودين بأنواع من الأسلحة من صنع روسي وأميركي وبريطاني وإسرائيلي، منها بنادق الكلاشينكوف "تافور" المطورة والمحسنة في إسرائيل.
وحسب المصدر نفسه فإن الطرف الليبي قدم ضمانات بمنح مؤسسة "غلوبل سي إس تي" -بعد وضع حد للثورة ضد القذافي- امتيازات في مجال التنقيب واستخراج وتصدير النفط والغاز الليبي في عدة حقول بمناطق سبها وطبرق وبنغازي والكفرة.
كما تعهد الليبيون بإبرام عقد مع المؤسسة الإسرائيلية الناشطة في مجال تشكيل القوات العسكرية والأمنية وإعدادها وتدريبها في أفريقيا وأميركا اللاتينية والقوقاز، من أجل إعادة بناء القوات والأجهزة الأمنية الليبية.
ووعد الطرف الليبي كذلك بالسماح للمؤسسة الإسرائيلية بالنشاط في المجال الأمني في ليبيا وحرية العمل انطلاقا من ليبيا للنشاط في عدد من الدول المجاورة، وخاصة في إقليم دارفور (http://www.aljazeera.net/NR/exeres/03643179-B744-47DB-9EAF-8A05997BFB63.htm) غربي السودان وفي النيجر وشمالي تشاد.
