أسباب بروز البطن عند الشباب ونصائح لتجنبه




مما لا شك فيه إن كثير من الشباب و الازواج يعانون من هذه المشكلة مع أن أوزانهم ليست ثقيله ولكن هناك بعض النصائح التي

تساعد على عدم بروزه: وهي

1- الكسل والخمول وكثرة النوم

والنوم بعد الأكل مباشرة
2- الشرب أثناء الأكل
3- المشروبات الغازية
4- العنف أثناء تمارين البطن مما يؤدي إلى تدليك جدار البطن
5- كثرة رفع الأشياء الثقيلة بطريقة عشوائية تؤدي إلى هبوط البطن والأمعاء
6- ابتلاع الهواء أثناء الأكل والشرب لذا فيجب علينا أن نأكل ونشرب على دفعات
7- أمراض القولون تتسبب في تجمع السوائل في تجويف البطن
8- كثرة تناول الدهون والسكريات ويجب تجنب الكتشب والطحينة والمايونيز والمشروبات الغازية قدر الأمكان
9- التركيز على وجبة دسمة واحدة و أهمال الوجبات الأخرى بهدف إنقاص الوزن سريعاً

أفضل الرياضات لكل شئ على الأطلاق المشي فهو يقوي العضلات كلها ومنها الظهر الذي إذا ضعف مال إلى الأمام وأعطى فرصة لبروز البطن تجنب النوم على البطن بشكل نهائي و تجنب النوم على المراتب والفرش الناعمة بكثرة لأن ذلك من شأنه أن يضعف عضلات البطن ويقوس الظهر
