في آخر خطاب لمجنون ليبيا اليوم

قال مجنون ليبيا الأربعاء، أنه لا علاقة له بالسلطة في ليبيا حتى يستقيل وأضاف " لقد قمنا بالثورة لتحرير البلاد من الاستعمار وسلمناها للشعب عبر اللجان الشعبية"، و تحدى الجميع بالتأكيد أنه لن يغادر البلاد حتى لو غادرها جميع الليبيين .
وتحدث المجنون في خطاب بثه التلفزيون الرسمي في ذكرى تأسيس اللجان الشعبية، و دام أكثر من ساعتين أن الشعب يمارس سلطته عبر هذه اللجان لإصدار القرارات التي تهمه في تسيير شؤون البلاد، وقال "أنه مجرد مرجعية فقط و أن السلطة في ليبيا بيد الشعب، و العالم لا يفهم هذا النظام الديمقراطي". وأضاف " فوجئت بمظاهرات التأييد للقائد في كل أنحاء الجماهيرية والشعارات المرددة الله ومعمر وليبيا وبس".
و تطرق المجنون إلى ما وصفه بتحيز بعض الفضائيات في نقل الأحداث الجارية في ليبيا وقال أنها شوهت الحقيقة، حيث لم تبث المظاهرات المؤيدة للنظام الحالي، وأنه لا يشاهدها تماما ويفضل قراءة الكتب.
كما اتهم مجددا تنظيم القاعدة بالوقوف وراء الاحتجاجات ، وأكد أن أفرادا من التنظيم تسللوا تدريجيا من بعض الدول المجارة مثل الجزائر، العراق وأفغانستان وشكلوا خلايا نائمة في ليبيا، لتقود بعدها الإضطرابات، حيث قامت هذه الجماعات التي وصفها بالإرهابية بالسيطرة على الأسلحة المتواجدة في المخازن المنتشرة عبر المدن، وقتلت العديد من عناصر الشرطة والجيش في بنغازي والبيضاء ودرنة ومدن أخرى. ونفى خروج مظاهرات سلمية مطالبة بإسقاط النظام، باستثناء مظاهرة واحدة خرجت في بنغازي، وقال أنه لم يتم إطلاق النار على المتظاهرين .
وطالب بإيفاد لجان تحقيق من قبل الأمم المتحدة لمعرفة حقيقة عدم وجود جرائم مثلما يشاع على حد قوله. وواصل خطابه المطول بأن ليبيا حاليا تواجه الجماعات المسلحة مثلما تواجه الجزائر الإرهابيين لغاية الآن ودول أخرى.
وتوقعمجنون ليبيا"بأن الليبيين سيموتون بالآلاف إذا دخلت الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، أو قوى أجنبية أخرى"، مبديا استعداده لمناقشة تغييرات دستورية وقانونية دون أعمال عنف.وتساءل عما إذا كان الغرب يريد أن يصبح الليبيون عبيدا مثلما كانوا عبيدا للايطاليين، مشيرا إلى القوى الاستعمارية السابقة. كما قال "أن قتل المسلحين مباح، ونحن لم نقرر بعد مقاتلتهم". ووصف ما يجري حاليا "اغتصاب لأموال الدولة الليبية في الخارج" بعد إقدام العديد من الدول على تجميد أرصدة تعود إلى مجنون ليبيا، والذي قال عنها أنه "لا يملك رصيد باسمه في الخارج وأن رصيده هو الشعب على حد وصفه ". و جدد استغرابه لخروج المظاهرات في تونس ومصر وقال أن ليبيا لا تعاني من البطالة.
وتوعد كل من يهدد ثروة ليبيا من النفط بالقتال العنيف، وأشار الى أنه سيستنجد بشركات صينية وهندية بدل الشركات الغربية الأخرى التي سحبت عمالها من ليبيا.
