هذه الشخصيات الثلاث يحتذى بها في مجال التحدي (
تحدي الاعاقة والظروف) فالاول رجل ولد من دون اطراف يجوب العالم لابلاغ
رسالة للمحبطين شعاره في ذلك الحياة جميلة ما دمنا نعيشها وهو يمارس حياته
بكل سلاسة ( يلعب كرة القدم ويسبح ويركب الخيل ويقوم على شؤون نفسه بنفسه
من طهي ولبس اللباس والرد على الهاتف والاتصال بالشبكة العنكبوتية ، اما
الثاني فهو الرجل المعجزة انه خلدون سنجاب السوري صاحب صاحب شرطة تصميم
واستضافة مواقع على الويب ، شلل ربعاي اصابه في سن السابعة عشر يعيش على
اجهزة طبية منذ امد طويل لا يتحرك بل ممدد على سرير يشتغل من خلال لسانه
وسيلته في ذلك اثناء استخدام جهاز الكمبيوتر، اما
الشخصية الثالثة فهو ابراهيم البحريني (رحمه الله ) شلل نصفي أيضا, داعية
الكتروني عمل الكثير من خلال موقع المحادثة الشهير البالتولك وقام من خلال
الدعوة الى الله بالوسائل الالكترونية بغلق العديد من الغرف الماجنة التي

5- تعرف على ذاتك

إننا نتعلم الكثير الكثير كل يوم ونستزيد من المعرفة عن كل ما يحيط بنا
ونبتعد أكثر وأكثر لنصل إلى الكواكب والأفلاك في الفضاء الرحب ونغفل أن
هناك عالم عظيم بداخلنا لم نكتشفه كما ينبغي بل إننا ندرس في مدارسنا أعضاء
جسم الإنسان ومكوناته وننسى أن نغوص في أعماقه لمعرفة ماذا نستفيد من تلك
الأعضاء في عملية التعلم وتطوير المهارات وتنمية القدرات.

سوف أتحدث عن جهاز عظيم في داخل الإنسان تحمل كل الأعباء والمهام الذهنية
والجسدية والنفسية لارتباطه الوثيق بكل أجزاء الإنسان. انه الدماغ

هل تعلم عزيزي الطالب بأنه أي الدماغ يحوي مائة مليار خلية عصبية تنقل
المعرفةوتحفظ العلم . وحسب آخر إحصائية سمعتها فإن العبقري يموت ولم يستخدم
منها سوى أقل من 1% . ما هذه المعجزة العظيمة والقوة الخارقة التي منحنا
الله إياها.هل استخدمناها فعلاً أم عطلناها ؟

الجانب الأيمن : يتعامل مع المهارات
الإبداعية مثل الصورة واللون والنغمة والشكل والمشاعر ويسمى الجانب
الإبداعي .ومن المواد الدراسية المتعلقة به الفلسفة والرسم والتعبير
والأدب والبلاغة .

الجانب الأيسر : ويتعامل مع المنطق والحساب
والترتيب والتنظيم واللغة والأرقام ويسمى الجانب المنطقي . ومن المواد

الجواب طبعا لا

لماذا؟

لاننا لم نهيئ المكان لاستقبال الكرات وبما ان حجم الكرات هو اكبر من حجم
المستطيلات فانه لا يمكن ادخالها ، هذا التدريب الغرض منه ان نعرف باننا
اذا لم نهيئ ادمغتنا لاستقبال المعلومات الضرورية فاننا لن نتعمل شيئا وهذا
ما نفعله أثناء الدراسة..
إننا نقوم بإدخال المعلومات بطريقة ،العقل غير مهيأ لإستقبالها .
فالعقل ليس عبارة عن أرفف لخزانة ملابس او مثل التى توضع عليها الكتب فى
المكتبة و لكن هناك تعامل مع روابط وخلايا عصبية بالملايير.


مكونات الدماغ:

يتكون الدماغ من :
77- 78% ماء
8% بروتين
13- 15% مواد عضوية متنوعة الجزء الأكبر منها دهون
1% أملاح غير عضوية .

غذاء الدماغ :

•يصاب الدماغ بحالات نشاط وخمول يكون المتعلم فيها بين إقبال على المذاكرة وإدبار , ومن المواد التي يتغذى عليها الدماغ نجد :

1- الماء : وهو مهم جداً للدماغ ويحتاج
الشخص البالغ ما يعادل 8 أكواب من الماء يومياً وليس من الضروري أن تنتظر
حتى تشعر بالعطش بل بادر بشرب الماء لأن العطش هو علامة جفاف . ويفضل أن
يكون بجانبك كاس للماء وأنت تذاكر دروسك .
اما رايي الشخصي في مسألة شرب الماء فهل نلتزم ب 8 اكواب او اربع ؟ وهل هذا
ينصح به مهما كان الفصل ( شتاء او صيف) ؟ وهل هذا ينصح به في اي مكان (
مكان حار او في القطب المتجمد الشمالي)؟

الحقيقة انا انصح بشرب الماء متى احسست بالعطش ولا التزم بعد معين من الاكواب

أكثر من 80% من الدماغ عبارة عن مواد سائلة ، يعتبر الماء وسط مهم كناقل للكهرباء بفاعلية بين الخلايا الوظيفية في الدماغ

2- الأكسجين : وهو ضروري للحياة وليس للدماغ
فقط ولكن الدماغ يحصل على 20% من الأكسجين الذي يدخل إلى جسم الإنسان .لذا
فهو يحتاج إلى هواء نقي متجدد متدفق حتى يعمل بكفاءة ..

كيف نقوم بتنفس سليم وصحي؟

التنفس الصحيح يكون من اسفل المعدة باخذ شهيق عميق لمدة اربع عدات ثم الاحتفاض به لمدة عدتين ثم زفير طويل لمدة 8 عدات

3- الجلوكوز : وهي السكريات الطبيعية الموجودة في بعض الأطعمة ( الفواكه الطبيعية في موسمها ، وخاصة التمر فهو يغني بإذن الله .)



كيف يمكنني اكتشاف أي الفصين استخدم عادة ؟

تدريب : نقوم بقراءة القائمة التالية دون الاهتمام بالألوان :

أحمر[
أصفر
أخضر
أزرق
برتقالي
سماوي
بني

ثم نعيد قراءة نفس القائمة لكن من خلال الالوان وليس الكلمات او الاحرف المكتوبة

عادة نستطيع قراءة الكلمات بسهولة مما يعني اننا نستخدم الشق الايسر من دماغننا بسهولة

اما الشق الثاني من التدريب فليس سهلا بل عادة هناك من يشق عليه الامر
ويختلط عليه اللون مع الكلمة فمثلا سيقرأ احمر بدلا من ازرق اما الذي يستطيع القراءة من خلال الوان الكلمات فانه يستخدم شق دماغه الايمن بكل سهولة

ثم كيف ننجز جدول مذاكرة
والحالة النفسية للطالب
