3- أنماط الحفظ

النمط الأول طريقة الببغاء

المذاكرة عند العديد من الناس ، تعنى الإعادة والتكرار إما بالتسميع الشفهي
أو الكتابي، ولكن يعيب هذا الأسلوب ، أن هذا الالتصاق أو التعليق يكون
مهزوزًا؛ فقد يكتشف الطالب أن المعلومات التي قام بتسميعها ، تحت ظروف
القلق النفسي، قد ذهبت بشكل كامل ، كأن الدماغ أصبح فارغًا من كل أثر
للمعلومات، وهذا لا يعنى أن هذه الطريقة فاشلة، ولكن يجب أن يطور هذا
الأسلوب، وتستخدم وسائل أخرى مدعمة له ، مثل قوة التخيل، والربط التسلسلي .

النمط الثاني : يسمى الحفظ المركز

يقصد بالحفظ المركز أن تقرأ الفقرة عدد من المرات وتعيدها وتكررها بالجلسة
نفسها حتى تحفظها حفظا عميقا، أي أن تقرأ الفقرة مرة أو أكثر بفهم وتركيز
وليس ضروريا حفظها صما ثم تتركها وتعود اليها بعد عدد من الأيام لتقرأها
مرة أخرى بتركيز وفهم وهكذا ... يمكن أن تعود اليها ثالثة ورابعة لو احتاج
الأمر في أوقات مختلفة

النمط الثالث : يسمى الحفظ الموزع ( وهو الأفضل).
الحفظ الموزع = فهم + تركيز

استخدام التخيل في الحفظ :

هي عملية تكوين صورة عقلية لشيء تم ملاحظته وتخيله ثم تحويله إلى صورة
واقعية مجسمة، ثم نعمل على إعادة تكرار هذه الصورة عدة مرات في مخيلتنا مما
يعمل على تعزيز قوة الذاكرة لدينا.
مثال : تخيل أنك مخرج برامج ، حينذاك كل شئ سيأخذ بعداً بصرياً وحركياً وسمعياً ، مما سيعمل على تعزيز قوة الذاكرة

4- تعرف على نمط شخصيتك

لو ذكرنا كلمة بحر

او سألتك أن تتذكر ماذا كنت تفعل البارحة بمثل هذا الوقت ؟ فما هو أول انطباع يخطر على
بالك ؟
هل هو صورة البحر – لون الماء ،العمق ....

أم هو الاحساس برطوبة الماء على الجلد
أو الاحساس بكبره أو بالسعادة او الخوف .....

أم هو صوت الأمواج أو صوت الهدوء او الطيور

1- الطالب البصري

فهنا ينفع أن تحول كتابك الدراسي لصور وألوان ليسهل عليك استذكار شكل
الصفحة وألوانها وبالتالي معلوماتها مثلا : اشتر ثلاثة أقلام ملونة ، ثم
خصص كل لون لمهمة

فالاحمر مثلا للأسئلة المهمة أو للتعاريف
والأخضر مثلا للتلخيص
والأزرق للتعاليل

وهكذا عند استرجاعك للمعلومة تتذكر أولا شكل
الصفحة ولونها ، وحسب ألوان الصفحة طريقة توزع المعلومات بداخلها .

2- الطالب السمعي

الطالب الذي يتذكر الأصوات بشكل أقوى ويتفاعل معها نسميه شخص ذو نمط سمعي
غالب وهنا يفيده الاستماع المركز لما يلقيه المعلم وحفظ المعلومات مباشرة
من فمه ويكرر بصوت مرتفع او يسمع من صديق وينفع أن يسجل بعض المواد أو
القصائد الأدبية أو ماشاكل على شريط كاسيت والاستماع اليها في الصباح
الباكر وقبل النوم ... ينفع تحويل بعض الفقرات لأناشيد مغناة وهكذا .نصحه
باستعمال mp3 , 4

3-الطالب الحسي

الطالب الذي يتذكر الأحاسيس والمشاعر و يستخدم الحواس على اختلافها هو شخص
حسي هذا الطالب يحتاج لأن يتفاعل مع مايدرس أكثر كأن يتخيل ما يحدث وهو
عنصر فيه كأن يكون أحد شخصيات الدرس أو شخصية تاريخية ... ويحتاج أحيانا أن
يقوم ببعض التمرينات اليدوية كالحفظ بتكرار الكتابة بالقلم الذي يحبه أو
ماشاكل فالحسي يحتاج لتفاعله مع ما يريد عمله

- تعرف على شخصية استاذك

1- الأستاذ ذو النمط البصري


سريع بطبعه يتحدث بسرعة ويتحرك بسرعة ويحرك يديه كثيرا وفي معظم
الاتجاهات، يقفز في المواضيع التي يشرحها من نقطة لأخرى، يتحدث عن موضوع
لعشر دقائق ثم يخبرك بأمر يجب أن تعرفه قبل ذاك الأول، فتصاب أنت أحيانا
بالارتباك وهو في كثير من الأحيان يستخدم الرسومات والصور في شرحه، وستجد
لديه صفة أخرى مميزة وهي أنه لا يحب التفاصيل، فإذا تحدث باختصار، وإذا
تحدثت أنت فعليك أن تتحدث باختصار وتقفز إلى النتيجة التي تريد وبسرعة.

لذا حــاول أن تكون إجاباتك مختصرة وعلى قدر الســؤال دون الاسترسال والدخول في التفاصيل.

2-الأستاذ ذو النمط السمعي


متوسط السرعة نسبيا، وما يميزه هو هدوؤه النسبي وتفكيره المنطقي والدقيق،
يتحدث كثيرا ويحب أن تظهر فهمك للمادة من خلال التحدث والمناقشة، هو منهجي
في تفكيره وأسلوب عرضه يتحدث بالترتيب في معظم الأحيان،كلامه منمق وفكره
متسلسل. في الامتحانات يفضل أن تكتب كـــل التفاصيل وبالترتيب.

3- الأستاذ ذو النمط الحسي


تجد لديه هدوءا عجيبا، بطيء في التحدث ولا يحب الأصوات المرتفعة، يتحرك
ببطء ويكاد لا يحرك يديه أثناء الحديث، يحب أن يفكر جيدا في الأمر قبل أن
يتحدث عنه، ويجد أن التصرفات أو السلوكيات السريعة تعبر عن التهور، ويتحدث
بمشاعر وعاطفة أكثر من الآخرين.
