8- نصائح عامة

- تذكر أخي أختي امكانية اتخاذ وضعية أو أكثر في الدراسة حاول ان تساعد
نفسك على اكتشاف أي نمط من الوضعيات تفضل مثلا الجلوس خلف مكتب مليئ بالكتب
أم على طاولة المطبخ ، على الأرض أو أن أسير ذهابا ومجيئا وكل هذا يخفف من
الاحساس بالملل.
-
- يفضل أن تكون طاولة الدراسة خالية من كل الكتب الأخرى إلا كتاب المادة
التي تدرس بها للمساعدة على التركيز

- تقسيم الوقت بين المواد بوضع جدول دراسي يتقيد به المتعلم قدر المستطاع
ويتناسب مع الجدول الدراسي اليومي

- اكتب اثناء الشرح لان تركيزك سيقل بعد 7 معلومات

- الابتعاد عن المذاكرة في غرفة النوم .. وإن صعُب ذلك فأقله الابتعاد عن
السرير أثناء المذاكرة

- دراسة المواد العلمية مثل الرياضيات والكيمياء والفيزياء وحتى العلوم لا
تنفع بصورة شفوية وإنما لابد أن يصاحبها استخدام الورقة والقلم .. فذلك
أثبت للمعلومات فيها

- اذا تسرب اليك الملل وأحسست بالتعب من الدراسة فتذكر الغاية والهدف منها
،وأنها وسيلة لبلوغ مرتبة أفضل في المجتمع على صعيد الطالب نفسه وعلى صعيد
مستقبله وعمله ودوره الاجتماعي كزوج أو زوجة أو أب أو .......
واستحضار الأجر الكبير الذي يحصله طالب العلم بجهده ومثابرته واستحضار
الخوف من إضاعة الوقت والعمر والساعات فيما لافائدة ولا طائل

فائدة : 99% من الطلبة المتفوقون يكتبون خلال الدرس .


ما العمل حتى اتذكر ما حفظته ولا انساه ابدا ؟

لقد خلق الله -سبحانه وتعالى- الإنسان وفطره علي النسيان وأمرنا -جل وعلا-
أن نستعيذ من ذلك.
وقبل الرد على السؤال دعونا نذكر الجميع بهذه الحقائق:

حقائق علمية:

80 % مما تقرؤه بدون عزم التذكر؛ يختفي من الذاكرة
بعد 28 يومياً من قراءته.
90 % مما تسمعه يتبخر من الذاكرة بعد 14 يوماً فقط من سماعه.
90% من النسيان ينتج عن قصور في طريقة الاستذكار.


1- راجع ما كتبته او ما تعلمته فيي الفصل مرة كل يوم
ومرة كل اسبوع ومرة كل كل شهر ومرة كل 3 أشهر

2- لا فائدة من المذاكرة المستمرة

إذا اعتمد على مذاكرة مستمرة مدة طويلة فانه لا فائدة منها لأن نسبة
الاستعاب تقل مع الزمن الى مستويات مهمة جدا لذا ينصح بمذاكرة متباعدة وفق
الشكل التالي :

3- خذ راحة مدة 10 دقائق بعد كل ساعة مذاكرة

في حال المذاكرة مع اخذ فترات راحة من 10 الى ربع ساعة بعد كل 45 دقيقة من
الجهد فان نسبة الاستعاب تكون مابين 75 الى 90 بالمائة وهذا عكس ما اذا
قمنا بمذاكرة متواصلة لفترات طويلة لساعات حيث ان نسبة الاستعاب تتدنى الى
حدود 25 بالمائة.

من اهم خصائص المذاكرة مع اخذ فترات راحة أنها:

أ- تقلل من الإجهاد الجسماني والنفسي.
ب- تحفز أكثر على العمل عند تحديد المهمة الواحدة بوقت قصير.
ج- تخفف من الملل في مذاكرة المواد غير المحببة.
د- تعتبر فترة الراحة القصيرة فرصة طيبة لاستقرار ما قبلها.

4- استخدم اكثر من حاسة في المذاكرة

ينصح باستخدام اكثر من حاسة اثناء عملية التعلم والمذاكرة وكلما عددنا
الوسائل كلما كانت نسبة التذكر مهمة راجع الجدول التالي:

30% من المعلومات تصلنا عن طريق السمع ( أرني فسوف أنسى علمني فسوف أذكر
دعني أفعل فسوف أفهم ) و 40 % عن طريق المشاهدة بيمنا لو تحدثنا بهذه
المعلومات ( قمنا بتدريسها مثلا على زملائنا ) فاننا سنضمن وصول 60% من
المعلومات لكن لو استخدمنا جميع الحواس ( السمع والرؤية والتحدث بالمعلومة
ثم العمل بها ( فتح التمرينات مثلا) فان نسبة التذكر ستكون في حدود 90
بالمائة.
