ومع الدرس السادس

9 – مشاكل تعترضني اثناء المذاكرة ؟

تعتري بعض الطلاب مشاكل تتعلق ب:








1- السرحان : لعلاج السرحان ابدأ بالمواد التي تشغلك واستخدم الصوت العالي.

2- الملل : غيّر مكان المذاكرة ، ولا تنسى نصيبك من الترفيه .


3- عدم الرغبة في المذاكرة : ابحث عن وسائل تُعينك ، وحاول تشجيع نفسك .






استخدم إستراتيجية السبع 7 دقائق للقيام بأي عمل والقضاء على التسويف والمماطلة وتأجيل العمل

اما خطوات هذه الاستراتيجية فتتمثل في:

ما هو أسلوب السبع دقائق؟!

لبدء عمل تسوف به، اختر هذا العمل ، امنح نفسك سبع دقائق
ابدأ بالعمل إذا شعرت بأنك منسجم و تريد إتمامه أكمله و إلا أجل لموعدآخر، مثال يوم السبت سأبدأ الريجيم:

اعطي نفسي سبع دقائق لبدء العمل في تحقيق الهدف، فمثلا أجلس أطلع على كتاب
إذا انتهت السبع الدقائق و كنت منسجما أكمل خطواتي التي بدأتها.... و
هكذا.............
أخي الكريم

السؤال المطروح الآن :

ما الفائدة التي أجنيها إذا بدأت بالعمل و أعطيت نفسي السبع دقائق كبداية؟

قبل البدء في أي عمل نريده تكون أفكارنا مشوشة، متداخلة مع أفكار وانشغالات أخرى
و أحيانا تكون معلوماتنا ناقصة ، و أخرى نكون متوهمين بأن هذاالعمل صعب، و أحيانا قد ينتابنا
قلق بأن العمل كبير، أو ما في فائدة منه ......

سأعطيك تشبيها لذلك:

(مصباح من الزجاج يعمل على احتراق الكيروسين، بداخله لهب النار ، إذا نزعنا
الزجاجة عنه ألا ترى أن الهواء يبدأ يتلاعب )، كذلك العقل عندمالا تكون
الأفكار متجهة لشيء محدد ، ستتلاعب بها المشاعر من خوف و قلق و تسويف
أوالأفكار المختلفة من أمور الحياة .

لذلك البدء بالعمل هو أصعب خطوة وعندما نحدد كبداية سبع دقائق، نبدأ بطرد المشاعر السلبية
و تبدأ أفكارنا تتخذالإيجابية و تتجه للعمل المحدد الذي سنقوم به، و ستجد بغضون السبع الدقائق
بأنكأصبحت قادرا على الانسجام في العمل و ستكمل ما بدأته بإذن الله، و
أحيانا قد تكونغير مهيأ و لو أعطيت نفسك السبع دقائق ، فقد تكون هناك أمور
أهم تشغل تفكيرك ،فاعقد صفقة أخرى مع نفسك
و امنحها موعدا آخر فهدفك يستحق أن تواعده لتنجزه، والسبع الدقائق التي
قضيتها في التفكير بها ستمنحك دافعا إيجابيا و حافزا للعمل مرةأخرى

4- صعوبة الفهم : الاستعانة بالملخصات (دفتر الفصل) ، ومعاونة صحبة الخير .

قد يكون السبب رسائل سلبية منك او حيل من العقل الباطن لتجنب المذاكرة
لتغيير نمط سلوكي يمكننا استخدام تدريب كسر الشاشات لإزالة القناعات السلبية


هذه الخطوات ممكن ان تطبقوها على انفسكم ...او ممكن ان تساعدوا به احدا
يحتاج لزيادة الثقة ...او التخلص من مواقف مؤلمة ...كانت فى الطفولة ...

ارجوا قراءتها مرارا وتطبيقها على المقربين بصوت قوى وهادئ وثقة تامة .....

اولا:اختار شخص يكون هو مركز الامان عندك.يعنى تستعين فيه بعد الله على حل مشاكلك اويشعر بك.

ثانيا :اطلب منه ان يذهب الى البحر معك .
ولون البحر أخضر صافى على رمال ذهبية ... وانت تسمع صوت الأمواج الهادئة
التى تحتضن الاحجاراللامعة . وصوت العصافير . وصوت الاطفال الفرحين بماء
البحر ......

ثالثا : أطلع سلم كبير وطويل من البحر الى أن
تصل الى أعلى العمارة ....سترى العالم تحتك مصغر وبعيد....... انظر الى كل
السلبيات او المواقف المؤلمة وكانها في شاشات تلفزيونية كلما طلعت السلم
كلما الشاشات أصبحت صغيرة جدا تحت العمارة ....

رابعا: استأجرنا خمسة عمال بالاجر هم أقوياء جدا ولدينا فوق العمارة صخور ضخمة جدا جدا حملناها بطائرة الهيلوكبتر.....

خامسا : أعطينا للعمال إذن بدفع الصخور
الواحدة تلو الاخرى على الشاشة ..من أعلى العمارة .......دمرنا الشاشة
وغاصت داخل الارض من ثقل الصخووور ..
بعد تفجير وتحطيم كل الشاشات السلبية ستشعر بتحسن كبير

5- الرهبة والخوف من الاختبارات : كيف نتعامل مع هذه المشكلة ؟

الحل يكمن في تطبيق تقنيات:
-الاسترخاء
-المذاكرة بلباس الامتحان
-التخيل اثناء وبعد الامتحان
-تقنية الحرية الشخصية لإزالة الرهبة من الامتحانات وهي الربت على الاماكن
المشار اليها في الشكل التالي مع ترديد العبارة التاكيدية: رغم انني اخاف من الامتحان فانني اتقبل نفسي تماما وبعمق
