مبادرة فنزويلية لحل أزمة ليبيا

أبلغ مجنون ليبيا نظيره الفنزويلي هوغو شافيز موافقته على اقتراح تشكيل لجنة سلام من أجل التوصل إلى مخرج سلمي للأزمة في ليبيا.
وأكد مصدر حكومي , أن الأمين العام لجامعة الدول العربية نقل إلى وزير الخارجية الفنزويلي نيكولاس مادورو قبوله مقترح الوساطة الفنزويلي.
وزراء الخارجية العرب قد يجتمعون في وقت لاحق اليوم بمقر الجامعة العربية في القاهرة لبحث الاقتراح الفنزويلي وإصدار قرار بشأنه.
وتُواصل فنزويلا اتصالاتها مع دول عربية وغير عربية, لتشكيل لجنة تتوجه إلى ليبيا للتوسط بين الحكومة وممثلي الثوار.
وأكد وزير الإعلام الفنزويلي أندريه إيثارا أن شافيز والقذافي تحادثا معا هاتفيا الثلاثاء الماضي حول تأسيس كتلة تُسمى "لجنة السلام".
من جانبه، قال وزير خارجية فنزويلا نيكولاس مادورو إن إنشاء كتلة تضم دولا صديقة لليبيا قد يساعد في حل الصراع الناشب هناك.
وأضاف أن حكومة بلاده ترى ضرورة اللجوء إلى الطرق الدبلوماسية بدلا من التهديدات العسكرية من أجل وضع حد للعنف الذي يعصف بليبيا.
وانتقد مادورو الولايات المتحدة والاتحاد الأوروبي لتبنيهم سياسات قال إنها تهدف لعزل القذافي وتزيد من احتمال تقديم دعم عسكري لثوار ليبيا الذين يقاتلونه.
وأعرب المسؤول الفنزويلي عن أمله في أن تتمكن بلاده في الأيام القادمة من تشكيل لجنة من الدول الصديقة لتنخرط في حوار مع حكومة العقيد القذافي والمعارضة التي حملت السلاح في بعض المناطق.
ويزعم الرئيس الفنزويلي شافيز أن الولايات المتحدة "تضخم الأمور وتلوي عنق الحقيقة لتبرير غزو ليبيا".
وترتبط ليبيا مع فنزويلا بعلاقات متينة حتى إن شائعات راجت بأن القذافي فرَّ إلى كراكاس، وهو ما نفته طرابلس لاحقًا.
وكان شافيز قد قال في وقت سابق إنه لن يرضخ للضغوط الدولية ويدين القذافي، وحذر من أن واشنطن تعد العدة لغزو ليبيا عسكريا.
