النيابة العامة المصرية ستبدأ التحقيق مع مبارك ابتداءً من الأسبوع المقبل
قالت قناة سي إن إن اليوم الخميس، نقلاً عن مصطفى بكري أن النيابة العامة المصرية استدعت الرئيس المتنحي حسني مبارك، للمثول أمامها في الأسبوع المقبل.


وأكد بكري أنه شخصيًّا قدم إلى النيابة العامة وثائق تشهد على قيام أسرة مبارك بممارسة الفساد المالي، وأن هذه الوثائق تدل على أن أسرة الرئيس المتنحي تمتلك حسابات مصرفية سرية قيمتها 200 مليون دولار.


وكان النائب العام، عبد المجيد محمود، قد أصدر الاثنين الماضي قرارًا، يقضي بتجميد أرصدة وممتلكات مبارك وأسرته من أسهم وسندات وأصول، ومنعهم من مغادرة مصر.


من جانبهم، وصف محامو مبارك هذه الوثائق التي تسيء إلى سمعة الرئيس المتنحي بأنها ملفقة ومزورة وباطلة.

كانت قد نفت النيابة العامة المصرية، اليوم الخميس، ما نشرته بعض وسائل الإعلام عن سفر الرئيس المصري السابق، حسني مبارك، وأفراد عائلته إلى قاعدة تبوك الجوية السعودية، في برنامج علاجي، فذكرت أن الأنباء التي أشارت إلى تواجدهم خارج البلاد "لا صحة لها."

وقال المستشار عادل السعيد، النائب العام المساعد والمتحدث الرسمي باسم النيابة العامة، أن المعلومات المنشورة أمس الأربعاء "غير صحيحة"، ما يشير إلى بقاء مبارك وأسرته في مصر.

ولفتت النيابة العامة أيضًا إلى أن مبارك وأفراد عائلته "قاموا أمس الأربعاء" بتوقيع توكيلات لأحد المحامين للدفاع عنهم، وفقًا لما نقله التليفزيون المصري الرسمي.

وكان خبر سفر الرئيس المصري وزوجته ونجليه علاء وجمال إلى قاعدة تبوك السعودية قد جاء في العناوين الأولى لصحيفة "الأخبار"، وهي إحدى الصحف الحكومية، ولم توضح الصحيفة متى غادر مبارك مصر، ولكنها قالت إنه 'يخضع لبرنامج علاجي في تبوك، بدأ بعد أيام من إعلان تنحيه عن الحكم في 11 فبراير الماضي."

وأضافت الصحيفة -نقلا عن 'مصادر مطلعة' لم تسمها- أن 'الرئيس السابق حسني مبارك متواجد حاليًّا في مدينة تبوك السعودية، وتحديدا داخل القاعدة العسكرية الموجودة بالمدينة، حيث يخضع لجلسات علاج من سرطان في القولون والبنكرياس.'

وبحسب الأخبار، فإن أسرة الرئيس السابق بالكامل متواجدة حاليًّا معه في مدينة تبوك، وأن زوجته سوزان ونجليه مقيمون إقامة كاملة داخل جناح خاص بالقاعدة العسكرية.

وكان السلطات المصرية قد قامت الاثنين الماضي بتجميد أرصدة مبارك وعائلته وإصدار قرار بمنع سفره، وأصدر النائب العام، قرارا بالتحفظ على أموال وجميع الممتلكات المنقولة والعقارية والنقدية والأسهم والسندات ومختلف الأوراق المالية في المصارف والشركات وغيرها المملوكة للرئيس السابق وزوجته سوزان صالح ثابت ونجليه علاء وجمال وزوجتيهما وأولادهما القصر.

وجاء القرار في أعقاب تقدم النائب السابق بمجلس الشعب المصري، مصطفى بكري، ببلاغ إلى النائب العام ضد مبارك وعائلته، بتهمة التربح واستغلال النفوذ وتهريب ثرواتهم للخارج.
