المغرب من بين أكبر منتجي القنب في العالم

صنفت الهيئة الدولية لمراقبة المخدرات، في تقريرها السنوي لعام 2010، المغرب من بين أكبر منتجي القنب في العالم، رغم تقلص المساحات المخصصة لزراعته. فيما أكدت تزايد تهريب الكوكايين من إفريقيا نحو أوروبا.
أشار تقرير الهيئة، الذي صدر الأربعاء، إلى أن تراجع إنتاج القنب في المغرب من 3070 طن سنة 2003 إلى 56 طنا سنة 2009 بعد تقليص المساحات المخصصة لإنتاجه، لم يزح هذا البلد من رأس قائمة أكبر الدول المنتجة للقنب.
وجاء في التقرير، الذي يرصد التطورات الإقليمية لزراعة وإنتاج المخدرات في العديد من دول العالم، أن القنب يتصدر المرتبة الأولى بين أصناف المخدرات في إفريقيا، من حيث الإنتاج والاتجار والتعاطي، إذ تقارب نسبة تعاطيه ضعف المعدل المتوسط العالمي، فيما تفتقر نظم الرعاية الصحية في إفريقيا إلى الموارد اللازمة لعلاج المدمنين الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 15 و64 سنة.
وأكد التقرير، تزايد عمليات تهريب الكوكايين نحو أوروبا، بعد تراجع دام سنتين، مذكرا بإحباط محاولة تهريب 4 أطنان من الكوكايين من ليبيريا نحو أوروبا في شهر ماي من السنة المنقضية، مبرزا أن تواطؤ المسؤولين في بعض الدول الإفريقية يسهّل من مهمة المهربين، على غرار غامبيا التي حوكم فيها 11 مسؤولا تلقوا رشاوى من تجار المخدرات.
وكشف التقرير أن الكمية التي تهرب إلى إفريقيا من الهيروين، تقدر سنويا بـ 35 طنا، أغلبها يوجه للمدمنين على المخدرات، بينما تهرب باقي الكمية إلى أوروبا.
