نتائج التحقيق في مقتل جنديين أمريكيين بألمانيا

قالت مصادر قضائية ألمانية إن حادثة إطلاق النار على جنود أميركيين في مطار فرانكفورت كانت عملا فرديا وإن المشتبه فيه الموقوف على ذمة التحقيق "لا ينتمي لأي منظمة إرهابية".

فقد أكد المدعي العام الألماني راير غرايسباوم -في مؤتمر صحفي عقده في برلين يوم الجمعة- أن الشاب الكوسوفي المقيم في ألمانيا أريد يوكا -الذي اعترف بإطلاق النار على حافلة للجنود الأميركيين في مطار فرانكفورت- تصرف بشكل منفرد ردا على ممارسات القوات الأميركية ضد المسلمين في أفغانستان.

وأوضح غرايسباوم أنيوكا لا ينتمي إلى أي جماعة متطرفة لكنه تأثر "بتيارات إسلامية متشددة" عبر تصفح مواقع هذه الجماعات على الانترنت، مشيرا إلى أن الشاب الكوسوفي اعترف بأن من أول الأسباب التي دفعته لإطلاق النار لقطات فيديو شاهدها على الإنترنت بشأن تصرفات الجنود الأميركيين في أفغانستان.

وخلص المدعي العام الألماني للقول إنه من وخلال التحقيقات الأولية والأدلة المثبتة فإن العملية "تمت على أساس فردي ينفي -في الوقت الحاضر على الأقل- وجود أي دليل على أن العملية تمت بالتنسيق مع آخرين أو أن الموقوف عضو في منظمة إرهابية". 　

يشار إلى أن محكمة ألمانية في مدينة كارلسروه وجهت الخميس للكوسوفي أريد يوكا (21 عاما) تهمة القتل والشروع في القتل على خلفية إطلاقه يوم الأربعاء الماضي النار من مسدس على جنود أميركيين في مطار فرانكفورت مما أسفر عن مقتل اثنين وجرح آخرين.

وكان المدعي العام غرايسباوم قد أعلن الخميس أن يوكا رفض التحدث أمام المحكمة لكنه قدم إفادات تفصيلة أمام محققي الشرطة.

وبحسب محضر التحقيق الرسمي، قال يوكا أنه أقدم على فعلته بعد مشاهدته قبل يوم من الحادث شريط فيديو على الإنترنت يظهر غارة لجنود أميركيين على أحد المنازل في أفغانستان ارتكب فيها هؤلاء الجنود العديد من الفظاعات بحق المدنيين الأبرياء.

وأبلغ الشاب الكوسوفي المحققين بأنه قرر القيام بالعملية سعيا منه لوقف هذه الفظاعات الأميركية في أفغانستان.

وأضاف أنه رأى حافلة تقل 16 جنديا أميركيا متوقفة أمام الصالة رقم 2 في مطار فرانكفورت مستعدة للتوجه إلى قاعدة رامشتاين الجوية القريبة فسأل أحد الجنود فيما إذا كانوا في طريقهم إلى أفغانستان شارحا أمام المحققين أنه -وعندما رد عليه الجندي بالإيجاب- شهر مسدسه وبدأ بإطلاق النار.

يشار إلى أن خبراء الأدلة الجنائية ذكروا في تقريرهم أن عطلا فنيا أصاب المسدس حيث تم العثور على ست طلقات باقية في المخزن في إشارة إلى أن حصيلة القتلى كانت مرشحة للارتفاع لو أن مطلق النار استهلك جميع الرصاصات لديه، ولا سيما أنه كان يطلق النار من مسافة قريبة.
