مجنون ليبيا جنّد مرتزقة من توارڤ مالي مقابل 1000 دولار يوميا

أغرت الرواتب الضخمة التي وضعها مجنون ليبيا تحت تصرف المرتزقة الأفارقة الكثير من شباب التوارڤ في مالي، مما جعلهم ينضمون إلى جيوشه المبيدة للشعب الليبي. وقد أكد أعضاء من مجتمع التوارڤ في مالي خبر انضمام العشرات منهم إلى القوات الموالية لنظام مجنون ليبيا الأسبوع الماضي.
وكشف أحد كبار المسؤولين المنتخبين من منطقة كيدال في شمال مالي عن مغادرة الكثير من الشباب ضمن قافلة مكونة من 40 مركبة المنطقة، نحو ليبيا، مضيفا، أنهم تلقوا مبالغ تصل إلى 10 آلاف دولار كتسبيق، مع احتمال حصولهم على ألف دولار نظير كل يوم، للانضمام إلى ميليشيات المجنون للقتال، مضيفا أن بعضا من المال كان يخرج من السفارة الليبية في العاصمة المالية باماكو، لتؤكد هذه الشهادات، ما روّج حول توظيف المجنون لمرتزقة أفارقة لإخماد الانتفاضة في ليبيا.
وتحدث شهود عيان عن إطلاق للنار على المتظاهرين من قبل مقاتلين ذوي بشرة داكنة، والذين قيل بشأنهم أنهم ينحدرون من دول إفريقية مثل تشاد وجمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية والنيجر ومالي وشمال السودان. من جهتها، لم تصدر دولة مالي أي بيان رسمي حول هذه المزاعم، باستثناء مصدر في وزارة الخارجية مالي والذي قال ''إن حكومة مالي تعارض بشدة استخدام المرتزقة في أي نزاع مسلح وليس بأي حال من الأحوال تسهيل حركة هؤلاء الناس نحن نفكر في الوقت الحالي في الطريقة التي يمكننا بها توقيف هذه الخروقات'''.
وشارك عدد لا بأس به من التوارڤ المنضمين إلى لواء مجنون ليبيا في حركات تمرد واسعة في مالي، وكذا في تهريب المخدرات والناس في جميع أنحاء المنطقة. يذكر أن زعيم متمردي توارڤ مالي ابراهيم باهانغا، لجأ إلى ليبيا لمدة 4 سنوات كاملة، قبل أن يعود إلى شمال مالي منذ شهرين فقط.
