توترك بنكته

- هل تعرف ماالذي يخفف من توترك بنسبة 27% خلال أربع ثوان فقط!؟

...نكتة جميلة تسمعها لأول مرة...

فقد اتضح وجود ارتباط بين المشاعر الإيجابية وانخفاض الهرمونات المسببة للتوتر.. كما اتضح أن الضحك يحفز مراكز المتعة والسعادة في الدماغ ويحثها على إفراز مورفينات مهدئة تخفف من الألم والتوتر وتحسن الحالة النفسية والمزاجية للإنسان .. وفي المقابل ثبت أن الاستماع للأخبار السيئة يحطم القلوب فعلا ويضعف جهاز المناعة ضد الأمراض (لدرجة أصبح التوتر من أسباب السرطان، وسكتة القلب من نتائج الأخبار السيئة)!!

.. وبطبيعة الحال لايمكن القول إن النتيجة ذاتها جديدة أو غير معروفة.. ففي الماضي كان وجود مهرج (أو مضحك) من الوظائف الرئيسية في قصور الملوك والأباطرة . وفي عصر النهضة كان المهرجون الرسميون يأخذون أعلى الأجور ولا يفوقهم في ذلك غير المنجمين الكبار .. وفي زمن العباسيين والعثمانيين كان إضحاك السلطان أمراً يؤخذ (بجدية كبيرة) باعتباره وسيلة ل"إعادة التوازن" لنفسية الحاكم والتخفيف من ضغوط الحكم والإدارة..

وللفكاهة والتفكه تاريخ قديم لدى العرب وإن كانوا مثل كل شيء في الدنيا لم يتفقوا على تعريفها، فقد جاء مثلا في كتاب أساس البلاغة: فاكهت القوم : طايبتهم ومازحتهم ، وماكان ذلك إلا فكاهة: أي دعابة ومزحة.. ورجل فَكهٌ: طيب النفس ضحوك يأتي بافكوهة وأملوحة ..

أما صاحب (لسان العرب) فيقول في تعريف الفكاهة؛ الفكه: الذي ينال من أعراض الناس ويفاكههم بملح الكلام وأطرفه. وهو فكه: اذا كان طيب النفس فكوهاً..

أما صاحب (المعجم الأدبي) فيقول إن الفكاهة هي الطرفة او النادرة او الملحة او النكتة الموجزة!!

... أما هذه الأيام فيبدو أن الفكه (أو المهرج) نال وظيفة جديدة في الدول المتقدمة.. فقد أصبح يرافق الأطباء أثناء مرورهم على الزائرين والمرضى خصوصا في أقسام الأطفال. فكثير من المستشفيات اكتشفت من خلال الملاحظة والتجربة أن إضحاك المريض يقوي مناعته وينشط دورته الدموية ويضاعف من تأثير العلاج على جسده ونفسه..

وقبل أيام قليلة فقط قرأت عن تجربة أجريت بجامعة ماريلاند تثبت فائدة الضحك للقلب والمناعة والجهاز الدوري عموما . فقد اتضح أن مشاهدة فيلم كوميدي واحد يدعم الجهاز الدوري (لثلاثة أيام متتالية) ويؤثر بطريقة إيجابية في تدفق الدم ومستوى التجلط والاصابة بأمراض القلب والشرايين.. وكان باحثون من نفس الجامعة قد أجروا دراسة سابقة شملت 150 متطوعا اتضح من خلالها أن من يضحكون كثيرا أو ينظرون دوما للجانب المضحك في الحياة اقل عرضة للإصابة بأمراض القلب بنسبة أربعين بالمائة (حسب موقع الbbc)!!

ونتائج حميدة كهذه تذكرنا بأهمية مصاحبة الضاحكين والساخرين (والفكهانية) لأن مجرد رؤية وجه ضاحك يحفز منطقة في دماغك تقودك للضحك والابتسام تلقائيا.. وكلما زاد عدد الضاحكين حولك زاد تحفيز هذه المنطقة لديك فتضحك معهم بشكل أقوى وأعلى (وهو ما يفسر حماس الجمهور وضحكه من أقل حركة أو كلمة يقوم بها الممثل)!!

... والغريب أن هذه المنطقة تتأثر أيضا حين ترى شخصا يتثاءب أو يبكي أو يعطس فتميل للتثاؤب والبكاء والعطس معه.. وكما تتأثر إيجابا برؤية الوجوه الضاحكة تتأثر سلبا برؤية الوجوه العابسة والمكتئبة وكل من يخفي الابتسامة بحجة الوقار فتضيق نفسك بمجرد رؤيتها من بعيد!

... والآلآلآن ؛ اسمح لي بالتأكد للمرة الأخيرة من قدرة النكتة على تخفيف توترك بنسبة 27%
