محامون مصريون يرفضون الدفاع عن فرعون ونظامه أمام القضاء

رفض محامون وكّلهم الرئيس المصري المخلوع، تشكيل هيئة للدفاع عنه في قضايا اتهام تتعلق بمنعه من السفر وتجميد أرصدة وحسابات العائلة المشكلة من فرعون وزوجته سوزان ونجليه علاء وجمال، وزوجتيهما هايدي راسخ، وخديجة الجمال.
وقال المحامي بهاء الدين أبو شقة إن الرئيس المخلوع وكّله للدفاع عنه بعد تنحيه، غير أنه اعتذر بعد صدور قرار النائب العام بمنعه وعائلته من السفر والتحفظ على أموالهم، مراعاة، كما قال، لمشاعر المصريين وشباب الثورة التي أطاحت بالنظام في مصر.
ونقلت صحيفة "اليوم السابع" المصرية عن أبو شقة قوله إنه "فى حال تغير موقف الشارع مستقبلا وتفهمه للحقوق الدستورية، وأن المحاماة رسالة سامية، وأن الديمقراطية تعني الرأي والرأي الآخر، فإنه قد يفكر في الانضمام لفريق الدفاع عن الرئيس، لأن الدستور والديمقراطية يكفلان هذا الأمر".
ويعتبر أبو شقة ثاني شخصية قانونية تعلن رفضها الدفع عن الرئيس المخلوع وعائلته، بعد مرتضى منصور، الذي أعلن رفضه الدفاع عن الرئيس المتنحى وأفراد أسرته في أي تحقيقات يمثلون إليها، لاتفاقه، كما قال، مع مبادئ ومطالب الشباب المصري.
وقال منصور في بيان أوردته الصحيفة المصرية "..اعتذرت من قبل عن تولي الدفاع عن وزير الداخلية المسجون على ذمة التحقيق حبيب العادلى، وأؤكد اعتذاري عن قبول الدفاع عن الرئيس مبارك وأسرته إذا كانوا محل تحقيقات أينما كانت".
من جهته، أكد محمد حمودة المحامى، أن فرعون وكله للدفاع عنه في القضية، إلا أنه سوف لن يقبل الدفاع عنه بنسبة 99 بالمائة، مبررا موقفه "باعتبارين: الأول، هو أن من حق أي شعب محاسبة رئيسه حول مصادر ثروته، ومعاقبته إذا ما ثبت فساده.. والسبب الثاني، أنه حتى الآن لم يطلع على ملف القضية"، مشيرا إلى أنه رفض في وقت سابق عرضا آخر تقدم به كل من، حبيب العادلى، وأمين تنظيم الحزب الحاكم، أحمد عز، عضو مجلس الشعب السابق، بالدفاع عنهما في التهم المنسوبة إليهما من قبل النيابة العامة".
