مجنون ليبيا وبارونات المخدرات بدول الساحل الإفريقي

قالت مصادر تارقية مسؤولة في شمال مالي إن الطائرة الشهيرة التي جرى تفجيرها، قبل أكثر من عام، بالقرب من "غاو" شمال البلاد، بعد أن أفرغت مئات الأطنان من الكوكايين حملتها من إحدى دول أمريكا اللاتينية، هي طائرة شحن من نوع "بوينغ 727" مملوكة لشركة الطيران الليبية ‬الحكومية ‬"‬الخطوط ‬الجوية ‬الإفريقية".‬
الطائرة، كانت مقيدة حينها في سجلات الشركة الليبية على أنها تخضع للصيانة في الخارج "ما يثبت تورط مسؤولين بارزين في نظام مجنون ليبيا في العملية بالتنسيق الكامل مع إحدى أقوى شبكات تجارة المخدرات في أمريكا اللاتينية"، وبعد أن انكشفت الحادثة تنقل فريق ليبي لمعاينة الطائرة في مكان تفجيرها في شمال مالي، وتدخل المسؤولون الليبيون حينها للضغط بقوة على باماكو، لحجب هذه المعطيات والإبقاء عليها طي الكتمان، و قد قدرت حمولة الطائرة بما لا يقل عن 9 أطنان من الكوكايين، والقيمة المالية للشحنة بنحو 1 مليار دولار.
تلك الحادثة شكلت علامة بارزة في تواطؤ نظام مجنون ليبيا مع شبكات محلية ودولية للجريمة المنظمة وتجارة المخدرات، علاقة عاد نظام المجنون لاستغلالها في تجنيد المئات من المرتزقة الأفارقة من جنسيات مختلفة، أغلبهم عناصر تعمل لحساب شبكات الجريمة* ‬المنظمة* ‬وبعض ‬حركات ‬التمرد ‬الإثنية ‬"‬مقابل ‬مبالغ ‬مالية ‬للشخص ‬الواحد ‬ارتفعت ‬من ‬3 ‬آلاف ‬دولار ‬مع ‬بداية ‬الأزمة ‬الليبية ‬إلى ‬10 ‬آلاف ‬دولار ‬اليوم".‬ ‬
وعن الجهات التي تتولى الاتصال بالمرتزقة وتجنيدهم والدفع لهم، فهي تنقسم إلى مجموعتين، الأولى يتولاها بعض الرموز السابقين لحركات التمرد التارقية في مالي والنيجر، الذين يركزون على تجنيد عناصر سبق لها أن تدربت في ليبيا في معسكري 2 مارس في "سبها" والمغاوير في "غات" جنوب ليبيا، أما المجموعة الثانية من المرتزقة فيجري جلبها من دول إفريقية أخرى مثل كوديفوار، البنين والطوغو، ويتولى تنسيق العملية رعايا لبنانيون مقيمون في ساحل العاج والطوغو، لهم علاقة قوية بسيف الإجرام القذافي، مع رجل أعمال فرنسي معروف في أوساط تجارة السلاح ويمتلك شركات حراسة وتأمين في عدة دول إفريقية، كما أن عناصر نافذة في المجلس العسكري الحاكم في النيجر متواطئة بشكل كبير في عملية نقل المرتزقة وتسهيل دخولهم عبر الحدود مع ليبيا، انطلاقا من منطقتي "درقو" و"أماداما"، وصولا إلى "أوباري" ‬و"‬سبها"‬ ‬في ‬الجنوب ‬الليبي.‬ ‬
ولقاء هذه الخدمات يجد بارونات المخدرات النشطة في دول الساحل الإفريقي، خاصة من يقود شبكات تهريب الحشيش المغربي، كل التسهيلات والحماية من النظام الليبي لتمرير حمولات هامة من المخدرات إلى الشمال، تمهيدا لنقلها إلى أوروبا.
