10 مليون جنيه إسترليني لتسليم مجنون ليبيا حيا أو ميتا


أفادت تقارير واردة من ليبيا أن مجموعة من العملاء البريطانيين والأميركيين، المتواجدين هناك حالياً، يعرضون على الليبيين مبلغ 10 مليون جنيه إسترليني كمكافأة لمن يتمكن من تسليمهم مجنون ليبيا حياً أو ميتاً، عن طريق إغراء أقرب مساعدي وحراس المجنون من أجل تكليفهم باغتياله أو أسره حياً.
وكشفت صحيفة “دايلي ستار” البريطانية النقاب عن أن قوات نخبة بريطانية تنتمي إلى القوات الجوية الخاصة والقوات البحرية الخاصة توفر الحماية اللازمة لعناصر "سي آي إيه" و "الإم آي 6 "الحاملين للمبالغ النقدية، أثناء تحركهم في البلاد، في محاولة لتشكيل فريق اغتيال من أجل تنفيذ تلك الخطة الجريئة التي أطلق عليها “السياسة”.
ورغم مشاعر الكراهية التي يلقاها مجنون ليبيا على الصعيد الدولي، إلا أن الصحيفة أشارت إلى أن الغرب سيُفَضِّل تسلمه حياً، كي يخضع للمحاكمة في المحكمة الجنائية الدولية، ويرد على تلك الجرائم التي ارتكبها على مدار 40 عاماً بحق الإنسانية.
وأكدت الصحيفة بحسب مصادرها أن تلك المكافأة التي تقدر بالملايين مُدَّخرة بطريقة آمنة في أحد البنوك في سويسرا أو ليختنشتاين. وأنها من الممكن أن تُحَوَّل في بضعة ثواني إلى حساب آخر في أي مكان بالعالم، حين يتم إنجاز المهمة. كما يتم إغداق حفنات من الأوراق المالية لتغيير قناعات أقرب مساعدي المجنون خصوصاً موظفيه العسكريين. ويتم منحهم كذلك وعود بشأن وظائف وصفقات مستقبلية، من أجل كسب ودهم.
