قطع الغاز المصري يربك إسرائيل


أدى توقف ضخ الغاز الطبيعي من مصر بعد تفجير خط أنابيب في غمرة الثورة المصرية لارتباك مرفق الطاقة وتوليد الكهرباء في إسرائيل، ولم تصدق توقعات المسؤولين الإسرائيليين باستئناف تزويدها بالغاز رغم إصلاح العطب مما فسح المجال لدعوات توفير مصادر بديلة.
وأفادت مصادر إسرائيلية اليوم بأن إسرائيل بعثت برسائل في الأيام الأخيرة لقيادة مصر دعت فيها لاحترام التزاماتها واستئناف ضخ الغاز لها، بيد أنها لم تتلق أي إشارة بقرب استئناف ضخ الغاز من مصر، رغم إعلان الشركة المصرية (إي إم جي) عن قرب ذلك، حسب ما نقلت الإذاعة العبرية العامة عن مصدر حكومي.
يشار إلى أن مصر حتى الآن تقول إن مشاكل تقنية تحول دون تزويد إسرائيل بالغاز، لكن الأخيرة التي تحصل عليه بثلث السعر المتداول دوليا تشكك في الموقف الرسمي، وتقدر أن السبب الحقيقي يكمن بقرار سياسي يتعلق بالتحقيقات الجارية حول الفساد في اتفاقية الغاز بين الدولتين.
المصدر الإسرائيلي المذكور الذي حجب هويته يوضح أن المشكلة أعمق من "خلل تقني" مبديا قلقه من "مفاجآت جديدة".
وذكرت صحيفة يديعوت أحرونوت في ملحقها المالي اليوم أن ولدي الرئيس المصري المخلوع حسني مبارك (جمال وعلاء) قد حازا على ثلاثمائة مليون دولار من إسرائيل عمولة على "دورهما" في إتمام صفقة الغاز عام 2005.
على ضوء ذلك قررت وزارة البنى التحتية في إسرائيل اليوم التحول للسولار والمازوت كطاقة بديلة للغاز في إنتاج الكهرباء ووقف الاعتماد على غاز تستخرجه من قاع البحر قبالة شاطئ عسقلان.
يشار إلى أن إسرائيل ومنذ توقف الغاز المصري تعتمد على غاز من مصادر طاقة بديلة وعلى ما تستمده من حقل غازي تحت سطح البحر مقابل شواطئ عسقلان لكنها تخشى نفاده في 2012 وقبل البدء بضخ الغاز من حقل آخر اكتشف قبالة شاطئ حيفا.
لكن الاعتماد على المازوت في توليد الكهرباء ملوث للبيئة ومكلف جدا ويتوقع أن يؤدي لرفع أسعاره بعدما كان الغاز المصري يساهم في توفير 40%.
ويشدد الناطق بلسان الخارجية الإسرائيلية يجئال بالمور على أن إسرائيل لا تسدد ثمن الغاز لمصر مباشرة بل لشركة إي إم جي وإنه لا صلة لها بأعمال فساد إن وجد فيها. ومع ذلك تبدي إسرائيل مخاوفها من أن تمس التحقيقات في مصر بالفساد العلاقات الثنائية بين البلدين.
ويؤكد بالمور أن الأخيرة طلبت من القيادة المصرية عدم استغلال القضية هذه لمناكفتها وافتراء التهم لها طمعا بأرباح سياسية.
وتجري الاتصالات بين إسرائيل ومصر بهذا المضمار عبر قناتين، السفارة الإسرائيلية في القاهرة ومنها للخارجية المصرية وبالموازاة تقوم وزارة الدفاع بمداولات مع مجلس القوات المسلحة برئاسة طنطاوي.
وكشفت يديعوت أحرونوت اليوم أن الولايات المتحدة أيضا تتدخل بهذا الخصوص من خلف الكواليس.
من جانبه قال وزير البنى التحتية عوزي لانداو إن وقف الغاز المصري يهدد أمن الطاقة في إسرائيل، ودعا للإسراع في توفير بدائل أخرى حتى لو كانت ملوثة للبيئة كالفحم الحجري ولاستعجال إنجاز بناء مركز لضخ غاز من بئر قبالة شاطئ حيفا يبدأ العمل وفق الخطة في 2014.
وردا على سؤال اليوم لإذاعة الجيش يقول لانداو إنه على إسرائيل أن تعطي فرصة كي تهدأ الثورة في مصر لتطالب باستئناف ضخ الغاز الحيوي لها، وتابع "لكن العبرة الأهم مما يجري في العالم العربي أن على إسرائيل الاعتماد على ذاتها فحسب في المنظور البعيد".
وحول الرد المصري على وقف الغاز اكتفى لانداو بالقول إن إسرائيل تلقت توضيحات مصرية مختلفة، داعيا للانتظار ريثما "تهدأ الأمور وتنجلي الصورة".
وتمنى لانداو أن تتبنى إسرائيل اليوم حلولا أخرى لتوليد الكهرباء بواسطة محطات نووية، وأشار إلى أن الداعين لاعتماد الطاقة الشمسية بديلا عن الغاز المصري يضللون أنفسهم والجمهور، في إشارة إلى المنظمات الخضر في إسرائيل، موضحا أن هذا المصدر لا يسد احتياجات البلاد.
