مجنون ليبيا يتآمر على الجزائر!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

وثيقة سرية تكشف تآمر الحسن الثاني ‬ومجنون ليبيا ‬على الجزائر

في العام 1986، أصدرت المخابرات المركزية الأمريكية تقريرا مكونا من 64 صفحة، يرصد الأوضاع الجيوسياسية السائدة في ذلك الوقت، داخل بلدان شمال إفريقيا، خصوصا المغرب العربي. وجاء في التقرير السري، أن فرنسا أشرفت على مخطط لعزل الجزائر وضرب استقرارها، من خلال تدبير مشروع الوحدة بين المغرب في عهد الملك الحسن الثاني وبين ليبيا تحت قيادة المجنون في صيف عام 84.
يقول التقرير في صفحته الـ55، أنه في تلك السنة قامت الجزائر بنقل عدد كبير من قواتها العسكرية، من حدود الغربية مع المغرب نحو الشرق، وتحديدا على الحدود مع ليبيا، بعدما استشعرت بوجود تهديد جدي لأمنها من طرف نظام المجنون، ليضيف التقرير أن ذلك القرار كان عقب إعلان الوحدة بين ليبيا والمغرب، وهو الإعلان الذي أعقب مساع قامت بها فرنسا للتقريب بين الملك المغربي الحسن الثاني ومجنون ليبيا.
ويضيف التقرير أن نظام الشاذلي بن جديد، آنذاك، عاود مراجعة حساباته فيما يتعلق بوضع الجزائر إقليميا، خصوصا بعدما تبين أن ما يشكله نظام مجنون ليبيا من تهديد على أمن الجزائر هو بنفس الدرجة أو أكثر مما يشكله النظام المغربي، موضحا أن الجزائر شرعت في تقليل وتجاوز حدة الخلافات مع مصر وإجراء تنسيق عسكري مع تونس، لتدارك الوضع، خصوصا ما يتعلق بتحجيم نفوذ نظام المجنون في المنطقة المغاربية ومنطقة دول الساحل، خصوصا بعد إعلان قيام الوحدة بين المغرب وليبيا.
وجاء في التقرير أن علاقة الجزائر بالمغرب زادت سوءا بعد أوت من سنة 84، عندما أعلن عن الوحدة بين نظامي المجنون والحسن الثاني، حيث توصلت القيادة السياسية في الجزائر إلى أن الوحدة بين المغرب وليبيا كان هدفها محاصرة الجزائر وفرض نوع من الشعور بتهديد أمنها القومي، وهو ما ردت عليه الجزائر، بتفعيل عملها الدبلوماسي رفقة كلا من تونس ومصر في منطقة الساحل لمحاصرة عمل الدبلوماسية المغربية وتجاوز ''المؤامرة'' الليبية برعاية المجنون.
كما رصد التقرير السري، أن علاقة الجزائر بفرنسا شهدت تدهورا في عام 85، على خلفية توصل الجزائر إلى معطيات تفيد بتورط باريس في التقارب المفاجئ الذي حصل بين المجنون والحسن الثاني، قبل أن يقول خبراء المخابرات الأمريكية في تقريرهم أن الدور الفرنسي في إعلان الوحدة بين المغرب وليبيا كان بهدف إيجاد موطئ قدم من جديد في المنطقة ولخدمة المصالح الفرنسية، في الجزائر بالخصوص. وأماط التقرير اللثام، لأول مرة، عن وجود علاقات متينة بين نظام مجنون ليبيا وباريس، على مدار سنوات الثمانينات، بعكس ما هو شائع، حيث أبرزت الوثيقة الدور الفرنسي في إقناع ليبيا بالتقارب مع مملكة الحسن الثاني التي كان المجنون حتى وقت قريب يرى أنها تمثل مركز تواجد الامبريالية الغربية في المنطقة العربية.
كما كشف التقرير في خلاصته عن أن كل ما كان يحاك من خلال الوحدة ''الوهمية'' بين المغرب وليبيا، بتخطيط فرنسي، كان الهدف منه ضرب الجزائر وفرض حصار سياسي عليها، بغية تنفيذ أجندة فرنسية في المنطقة.
