السبب الحقيقي وراء اتهام الجزائر بنقل مرتزقة هو فرنسا
بعد اتهام الجزائر علنا من القذافي اولا و بعده المجلس التاسيسي ثانيا بنقل مرتزقة الى ليبيا، استغرب العالم العربي قبل الغربي كل هاته التصريحات،ليتبين لنا ان مجلس الثوار عقد صفقة قذرة مع النظام الفرنسي للاعتراف بثوراته المشبوهة ،مقاببل تشويه نظرة العالم تجاه الجزائر
ان عمالة السياسة الخارجية لهذا النظام الليبي الجديد بدت واضحة،و هو استحلال اي نظام عربي على حساب السلطة و الاعتراف بهم،و اظن انه يبدأ بتصفية الجزائر باي ذريعة،مثله مثل سابقه، لذلك علينا الدفاع على وطنننا اعلاميا و بجميع اللغات، لسبب غياب اي وسيلة اعلامية سمعية بصرية
انا جد متأسف و لكني لن احترم من لا يحترم الجزائر
لا داعي لدعم هؤلاء المرتزقة الذين اخترقت ثوررتهم من طرف فرنسا و امريكا

بداية موفقة للرئيس اليهودي الفرنسي ساركوزي في تدشين حملته الانتخابية،تدشين دور لفرنسا على حساب امريكا و العالم،اهانة الجزائر و تفخيخ حدودها الشرقية لزعزعة استقرار المنطقة بسفرائها اللصوص
الغريب في امر هؤلاء الليبين القذافي و معارضيه انهم يستتدرجون الدول الكبرى بنفطهم على حساب الوصول الى السلطة،وهناك شخصية اخرى ستدشن معركتها الانتخابية هو عمرو موسى،الذي انفضح امره امام المصريين في وثائق امن دولة مصر،وسيسسترجل ربما هاته المرة عضلاته في نصرة هؤلاء الليبيين
مشكلة الاعتراف بالثوار مخاطرة، و قد خاطر ساركوزي قبل امريكا، ماذا لو بقي القذافي و لم يرحل،و دخلت امريكا و حركت القاعدة و دخلو في حرب اهلية،بل اكثر من ذلك كيف لاكثر من مليون ليبي يفر من ليبيا و نسمع عن انتصارات لقبائل متفرقة على جيوش؟
ماهي جرائم القذافي اتجاه شعبه و ما هي مطالبهم؟

دائرة الخنانق تشتد و تضيق حول الجزائر من سنة الى أخرى فبحدود مترامية الأطراف سنجد أنفسنا وسط تحديات أقوى و أخطر مما عرفنا في المنطقة ، وسط خريطة جديدة أو لوحة جديدة لم يوقع عليها أي رسام . شعبية فلنسلم بذلك ، لكن ماذا بعد ؟ هل يقدم الغرب خدماته هكذا بالمجان ؟

ان الاتهامات الموجهة للجزائر ربما لم تكن الا رسائل استباقية للنظام الجزائري لو فكر و لو لحظة مد يد العون للعقيد . وتحييد أي دور للجزائر خارج حدودها ، و اكتفت الخارجية الجزائرية بتمتمات هي الأصح ممزوجة بالحيرة حول مستقبل المنطقة في حال عدم السيطرة على الوضع بليبيا . فبغض النظر عن مشروعية الثورة من عدمها. فإن المكتوي الاول و الاخير هم دول الجوار . و لم يكن القذافي مجونا الى ابعد الحدود في بعض تحذيراته لانه رمى بجميع الاحتملات و لو كانت متناقضة الا بعضها قد تكون صادقة .

لقد تحايل علينا الغرب حينما انسانا انه لا يزال يعيش ازمته الاقتصادية الخانقة و العجز الخيالي التي تعرفه العواصم الرأسمالية و لا طالما كانت الحروب و الفوضى مخرجا و منفذا آمنا للامبريالية العالمية من مآزقها عبر التاريخ الحديث . فالدول هاته لم تعد تحتمل صعود قوى جديدة كالصين ، الهند و البرازيل التي اصبحت تهدد بنموها المفرط اسواقها التقليدية و كذا مصادرها الطاقوية مع التهاب اسعار مواد الانتاج من النفط و غيره .

و المنطلق الجديد هذا : هو التغيير من الداخل بروموت كونترول من الخارج كالفايس البوك ، التويتر و الجزيرة ...الخ . و ضمان قدر أدنى من الولاءات خوفا من عالم تلين قبضة نفوذهم عليه و تتلاشى شيئا فشيء وفق التغيرات السياسية و الاقتصادية التي لا تخدمهم اليوم و التي لا يحمدون عقباها في حالة اي تغير خارج سيناريوهاتهم المفضلة .

الجزائر وسط كل هذا بمثابة "القلعة الأخرة" (هذا لا يعني اننا الدولة النموذج الدولة المثالية في نظامها و هنا يجب التمييز بين الدولة و النظام ، الدولة بمصالحها الاستراتيجية يعني مصالح الشعب الجماعية و بالتحديد المستقبلية و ليست الآنية التي نشهدها الان على الساحة و لو كنت هاته المطالب مشروعة للشارع الجزائري و التي يتحمل النظام تبعيات اهمالها عبر السنين ، تبعات اي ضعف و هو واضح للعيان امام تدخلات اجنبية في الوضع الداخلي او على الجوار بتحيين ازمات الجزائر الامنية كمثال وهناك عدة اشارات تؤكد ذلك ) القلعة الاخيرة من المعسكر الممانع و لو ان الجزائر قد تدحرجت في الكثير من مواقفها الى الحياد . لعدة اسباب ، من تحولات سواء عبر عزلتها اثناء سنوات الازمة الداخلية ، أو ما حدث خارجيا من كسر للعظام .

اما فرنسا فهي تعتبر نفسها الوكيل الحصري في المنطقة للقوى هاته في الحوض المتوسطي و فق مخطط سايس بيكو قديم جديد ، و عليه كانت المُبادرة لتقسيم ليبيا شرقا و غربا استكمالا لهوايتها الاستعمارية القديمة بافريقيا ( التقسيم).

أظن أني قرأت في أحد الجرائد مقالا عن دور للمغرب في تحريك حملة ليبية من أجل تشويه صورة الجزائر.
لا يهم
فالمشكلة ليست في هؤلاء بقدر ماهي في الدبلوماسية الجزائرية في الرد على مثل هاته الترهات.
