أكدت الجزائر رفضها لاستصدار الجامعة العربية قرارا بفرض حظر جوي على ليبيا ، معبرة عن قلقها إزاء موقف بعض الدول العربية من الأزمة الليبية.
من المقرر ان يلتقي وزراء الخارجية العرب بمقر الجامعة العربية بالقاهرة اليوم السبت لبحث التطورات في ليبيا.
ونقلت صحيفة "الخبر" الجزائرية في عددها الصادر اليوم عن مصدر بوزارة الشئون الخارجية القول إن "مسألة فرض حظر جوي في ليبيا، ليست من اختصاص أو صلاحيات المنظمات الإقليمية، وإنما هي من صميم مهام واختصاص مجلس الأمن الدولي التابع لمنظمة الأمم المتحدة".
وكان وزير الخارجية الجزائري مراد مدلسي كشف قبل يومين الخميس أن بلاده تلقت طلبا ليبيا لقيادة مبادرة لدى مجلس الأمن الدولي لمراجعة العقوبات الدولية المفروضة على طرابلس، موضحا أن الجزائر تفضل معالجة الموضوع داخل المجموعة العربية، وليس دولة بمفردها .

وأعربت سوريا عن خشيتها من أن يكون أي قرار عربي بفرض حظر جوي على ليبيا، مجرد تمهيد للتدخل العسكري الخارجي فيها.
وجاء هذا الموقف على لسان السفير السوري لدى الجامعة العربية يوسف أحمد في كلمته خلال اجتماع وزراء الخارجية العرب في القاهرة.
وكان الأمين العام لجامعة الدول العربية عمرو موسى قد دعا إلى فرض منطقة حظر جوي على ليبيا، وأعرب عن أمله في أن تلعب الجامعة العربية دورا في إقامتها، وذلك قبل ساعات من اجتماع طارئ لمجلس الجامعة العربية على مستوى وزراء الخارجية اليوم السبت، لمناقشة تطورات الأوضاع فى ليبيا.
وقال موسى في مقابلة مع مجلة دير شبيجل الألمانية "لا أعرف كيف ستفرض المنطقة أو ما الجهة التي ستفرضها، هذا يبقى قيد النظر، الجامعة العربية بوسعها كذلك أن تلعب دورا، وهذا ما سوف أوصي به".
وأضاف: "أتحدث عن تحرك إنساني، يتعلق، بالإضافة إلى منطقة الحظر الجوي، بدعم الشعب الليبي في معركته من أجل الحرية في مواجهة نظام يزداد تغطرسه".
