أعلن قيادي ليبي سابق منشق عن نظام المجنون، عن عرض بمنح 60 مليون دولار لكل من يخلص الشعب الليبي من المجنون حقنا لدماء الشعب الليبي. وقال عبد المنعم الهوني، السفير الليبي السابق لدى جامعة الدول العربية، الذي تحول إلى ممثل للمجلس الوطني الانتقالي في ليبيا لدى الجامعة العربية، أن مبلغ 60 مليون دولار كبير لكنه ليس أكبر من السعي لمنع نزيف الدماء وقتل المدنيين الليبيين وتبديد ثروة النفط.
وقال، الهوني، إنه بات من الضروري اليوم إيجاد مسعى لتخليص الشعب الليبي من قبضة المجنون، خصوصا بعدما تمادى في تقتيل شعبه وتدمير ثرواته النفطية، في إشارة إلى قيام الطيران الحربي الليبي بقصف منشآت نفطية وقعت تحت سيطرة الثوار.
وأوضح، الهوني، أن كل مواطن ليبي سيقدم من جيبه الخاص 10 دولارات، وسيتخلص من المجنون ورموز نظامه، مضيفا أن العرض يتمثل في إلقاء القبض على مجنون ليبيا وأتباعه وكبار مساعديه مقابل مبلغ 60 مليون دولار. وفي نفس الإطار، أطلقت مجموعة من رجال الأعمال الليبيين ، مبادرة تمثلت في رصد مكافأة قدرها خمسة ملايين دولار لكل من يستطيع إحضار المجنون حيا أو ميتا، في إشارة إلى استباحة دم، كما عرض رجال الأعمال الليبيون مبلغا آخر قدره 3 ملايين دولار لمن يستطيع إحضار أحد أبناء القذافي حيا أو ميتا.
وتضمن عرض رجال الأعمال، الذي أعلن عنه السبت ، موقع ''ليبيا اليوم'' التابع للمعارضة الليبية، أيضا مكافأة بنصف مليون دولار لمن يستطيع إحضار عدد من كبار المسؤولين في نظام المجنون، ومكافآت أخرى بـ150 ألف لمن يستطيع إحضار مجموعة من القادة المتوسطين.
وجاءت هذه المبادرة بعد أيام أخرى مماثلة أطلقها المجنون نفسه، عندما أعلنت السلطات الليبية عن تخصيصها مكافأة قدرها نصف مليون دينار ليبي لمن يلقي القبض على مصطفى عبد الجليل وزير العدل المنشق الذي أصبح اليوم رئيسا للمجلس الوطني الانتقالي الذي يقود الثورة ضد النظام الحاكم في ليبيا.
