صفقة الممرضات البلغاريات الخمس المحتجزات لسنوات في ليبيا

كشفت برقية سرية للمخابرات الأمريكية سرّبها موقع ''ويكيليكس''، مؤخرا، النقاب عن تفاصيل صفقة سرية جرت بين مجنون ليبيا والرئيس الفرنسي نيكولا ساركوزي، انتهت بالإفراج عن الممرضات البلغاريات الخمس. وتضمنت الوثيقة السرية حديثا جرى بين مسؤول أمريكي وآخر فرنسي كان يشغل منصب مستشار لدى ساركوزي.
وأوضحت البرقية التي حملت تاريخ 10 سبتمبر 2007 ، أن بوريس بويون، وهو المستشار السابق لدى ساركوزي، والذي يشغل حاليا منصب سفير باريس في تونس، أخبر مسؤولا أمريكيا بشأن خلفيات وأسرار ما عرف بصفقة الممرضات البلغاريات الخمس المحتجزات لسنوات في ليبيا بتهمة حقن أطفال ليبيين بدماء ملوثة بالسيدا، حيث أوضح بويون الذي أشرف على عملية إطلاق سراح الممرضات، أن صفقات أسلحة كبيرة وقعتها فرنسا وليبيا، مقابل إطلاق السلطات الليبية سراح الممرضات البلغاريات، لدرجة أن تلك الصفقات كانت مذهلة حتى بالنسبة لساركوزي الذي كان في قمة سعادته حينذاك.
وجاء في البرقية ما مفاده أن الحكومة الفرنسية لم تكن على علم بتفاصيل صفقة التسليح، وهو ما يعني أن ساركوزي انفرد باتخاذ القرار، رفقة المجمّع الأوروبي لصناعة الأسلحة ''ايدز''، قبل أن تنطلق سلسلة تحريات قامت بها لجنة تحقيق من البرلمان الفرنسي، انتهت إلى طريق مسدود، ليضيف بويون -حسب نفس البرقية- أنه كان مستعدا للإدلاء بشهادته حول الموضوع أمام لجنة التحقيق، لكنه لم يتم استدعاؤه لأسباب يجهلها.
وتطرقت البرقية إلى الدور الذي لعبته الزوجة السابقة لساركوزي سيسيليا، قبل طلاقهما، مضيفا أنه قام برفقتها بزيارة ليبيا ومرافقة الممرضات الخمس نحو العاصمة البلغارية صوفيا، مشيرا إلى أن ساركوزي ظهر في الأخير بمظهر البطل في كامل أنحاء فرنسا وفي أوروبا بشكل عام، بعد نجاحه في إنهاء قضية إنسانية دامت سنوات.
وأضافت البرقية أن المستشار السابق بالرئاسة الفرنسية اعترف أن الكثير من الأسرار بين مجنون ليبيا وساركوزي ما تزال قيد الكتمان، كون الكثير من نقاط الظل في قضية الإفراج عن الممرضات وصفقة التسليح ما تزال خافية على العيان، لتشير البرقية إلى وجود رائحة فساد في القضية.
