حب الشباب هو مشكلة تؤرق الملايين حول العالم وهو الهاجس الأكبر الذي يصيب العديد من الشباب، كما انه يتسبب فى كثير من الألم النفسي للمصابين وحب الشباب تتضارب فيه العلاجات وطرق المختلفة التخلص منه. والسبب في ذلك يرجع الى ان عوامل ظهور حب الشباب كثيرة ومتعددة لذلك فالعلاج قد يطول والالتهاب الذي يسببه للبشرة أمر بالغ الأهمية حقا؛ فالدراسات تظهر أنه حتى عندما لا تري حب الشباب على الجلد تجد هناك عوامل التهابية على المستوى الجزيئي.

لذلك هناك دائما بحث مستمر من قبل الباحثين للتوصل الي علاج نهائي ودائم لهذا المرض الجلدي.

اسباب ظهور حب الشباب :

انسداد المسام و يحدث فى البشرة الدهنية نتيجة للزيوت الطبيعية الموجودة فى البشرة .
العوامل الوراثية تكون سبب فى حب الشباب .
ومن عوامل ظهور حب الشباب ايضا نوع من البكتيريا يدعي البربيونات، أو بروبيونيباكتيريوم اكنيس .
كذلك الهرمونات، خاصة الأندروجينات (الهرمون الذكر الموجود في الرجل والمرأة) .
مشاكل الغدد و بصيلات الشعر في الجلد تتسبب في حب الشباب .
أنواع حب الشباب :

حب شباب التهابي : ويحدث نتيجة انسداد القنوات الدهنية ومنابت بصيلات الشعر مما يسبب رؤوس صديدية .
حب شباب غير التهابي : وهو النوع الشائع اكثر و يتكون من حبوب ليس لها رؤوس صديدية .
ولتجنب ظهور حب الشباب اليك بعض النصائح :

حافظوا على نظافة الوجه والبشرة خصوصا اذا لاصحاب البشرة الدهنية .
الإكثار من الخضروات والفاكهة و التقليل من الأطعمة الدهنية .
شرب الماء بكثرة فهو يساعد فى ترطيب البشرة .
تناول الفيتامينات فهو يساعد البشرة فى الدفاع عن نفسها .

وتنقسم طرق علاج حب الشباب الى اكثر من طريقة منها :

* العلاج الموضعي بالمواد الكيمائية : ويستخدم فى هذه العلاجات مراهم تحتوي على بعض المواد الكيميائية مثل بنزيل بيروكسيد benzyl peroxide وهو من اكثر مستحضرات التخلص من حب الشباب كذلك هناك “أدابالين” ADAPALENE وهو مستحضر حديث نوعا ما واظهر نتائج جيدة فى الفترة الأخيرة .

* العلاج الفموي بالاقراص : وهذه طريقة للنوع الأشد خطورة من حب الشباب ويستخدم فيها اقراص المضادات الحيوية ك.” التتراسيكلين” ، “الدوكسيسيللين” ، “المينوسيكلين” ، “الإرثيروميسين” ويجب ان يصاحب المضادات الحيوية علاج موضعي حتي تؤتي اثارها.

* العلاج الهرموني : مثل هرمونات الأستروجين ومضاد الأندروجين . ويصاحب العلاج الهرموني ايضا علاج موضعي .

* الرتينويدات retinoid : ويستخدم فيها مشتقات فيتامين أ . لها نتائج جيده بعد مدة تترواح ما بين ال3 الى 4 اشهر .ولكن لا تستخدم الا تحت اشراف طبيب متخصص .

ويستخدم بعض العلاجات والمسكات الطبيعية والشعبية فى علاج حب الشباب تحتوى على مواد منشطة لخلايا البشرة و الكولاجين مثل مسكات الخيار والصبار والبرتقال والنعناع.

كما ظهرت اخيرا بعض العلاجات الليزريه لعلاج حب الشباب لكنها ما زالت فى طور الإختبار .
