توقف صادرات الغاز المصري لإسرائيل

صرح شريك إسرائيلي في كونسورتيوم غاز شرق المتوسط بأن صادرات الغاز الطبيعي المصري إلى إسرائيل ودول مجاورة توقفت مجددا بعد ساعات من استئنافها، إثر اكتشاف تسرب في الخط الغازي الواصل بين مصر وهذه الدول.

وأوضحت أمبال أميركان إسرائيل غروب –وهي شركة إسرائيلية- في بيان صدر الاثنين أنه كان من المقرر استئناف ضخ الغاز المصري إلى إسرائيل الاثنين، بعد الانتهاء من إصلاحات واختبار خط الأنابيب الذي تعرض لأضرار جراء انفجار وحريق في الخامس من فيفري الماضي.

وكان من المتوقع في بادئ الأمر استئناف تصدير الغاز في الرابع من الشهر الجاري لكنه تأجل عدة مرات.

ولفتت أنبال في بيانها أنه أثناء استئناف إمدادات الغاز التجارية من الشركة المصرية للغازات الطبيعية (جاسكو) إلى مجموعة غاز شرق المتوسط وعملائها الإسرائيليين، تم اكتشاف التسرب.
وذكرت أنه يعمل فريق ميداني من جاسكو حاليا على إصلاح خط الأنابيب، وبالتالي فإن إمدادات الغاز التجارية إلى إسرائيل والأردن ولبنان وسوريا -بالإضافة إلى مصانع إسمنت رئيسية مصرية ومحطات كهرباء في شبه جزيرة سيناء- ستنتظر انتهاء الإصلاحات.

وكانت السلطات المصرية قد اتهمت من وصفتهم بمخربين بتفجير خط أنابيب غاز يمتد عبر شمال سيناء، مما عطل تدفق الغاز إلى إسرائيل والأردن، بعد اندلاع الاحتجاجات التي أطاحت بالرئيس المصري السابق حسني مبارك.

وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن غاز شرق المتوسط مملوكة لرجل الأعمال المصري حسين سالم وجاسكو و"بي تي تي" التايلندية ورجل الأعمال الأميركي سام زل وأمبال أميركان ومرهاف الإسرائيلية.

وتورد غاز شرق المتوسط 45% من حاجات مرفق الكهرباء الإسرائيلي من الغاز، بينما يأتي الباقي من قبالة السواحل الإسرائيلية.

وفي الأردن صرح وزير الطاقة الأردني خالد طوقان الاثنين بأن بلاده تتوقع استئناف إمدادها بالغاز المصري قبل نهاية الأسبوع الجاري، مشيرا إلى أن فريقا أردنيا متخصصا متواجدا حاليا في القاهرة لمناقشة الأمر مع الجهات المصرية المعنية.

وأوضح طوقان أنه سيسافر إلى القاهرة الخميس المقبل للقاء نظيره المصري عبد الله غراب للتباحث حول تطوير اتفاق الغاز بين البلدين.

وحسب الاتفاق القائم حاليا فإن مصر تمد الأردن بنحو 240 مليون قدم مكعب يوميا بقيمة تبلغ نحو 4.2 ملايين دولار. ويغطي الغاز المصري 80% من احتياجات محطات الكهرباء في الأردن.
