أول رد رسمي ليبي على قرار مجلس الأمن

في أول رد رسمي على قرار مجلس الأمن، قال الأمين المساعد في وزارة الخارجية الليبية خالد كعيم في مؤتمر صحفي، إن بلاده ممتنة للدول الخمس التي امتنعت عن التصويت، وإنهم كانوا على تواصل مع بعض الدول الأوروبية وأبلغوها ترحيب ليبيا بأي قرار سيصدر عن المجلس، رغم بعض التحفظات على مسودة القرار.
وأضاف أن ليبيا ترحب بتأكيد القرار ضرورة حماية المدنيين والوحدة الترابية لليبيا، مشددا على أهمية التأكد من أن من وصفهم بالانفصاليين والمتمردين لن يحصلوا على أي دعم، محذرا من أن حصول ذلك يعني دفع الليبيين لقتال بعضهم، على حد قوله.
وأكد أن ليبيا ستتعامل مع القرار بشكل إيجابي، وأنها ستؤكد نيتها هذه من خلال حماية المدنيين في كل أنحاء البلاد وضمان إمداد الدواء والغذاء إليهم، حسب قوله، معربا عن قناعته بأن بلاده لن تتعرض لأي هجوم خارجي بعد صدور قرار الحظر الجوي.
وفي تطور لافت قال كعيم إنهم تحدثوا مع الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة وأبلغوه استعدادهم الفوري لوقف إطلاق النار، ولكنهم يحتاجون إلى طرف محدد لمناقشة هذا الأمر والحديث معه عن التفاصيل التقنية لتطبيقه.

من جهته قال إبراهيم الدباشي نائب المندوب الدائم الليبي لدى الأمم المتحدة ( المنشق عن الحكومة) إن القرار ينهي التفوق الجوي والإمدادات لقوات المجنون، كما سيمنع الآلة العسكرية للمجنون من ضرب المدنيين، مشيرا إلى أن القرار يساعد الثوار على تنظيم أنفسهم وحث الخطى لإسقاط النظام.

وأضاف الدباشي أن الشعب الليبي يشعر الآن بأنه بات محميا، وأن المواطنين الليبيين في المناطق الشرقية يستطيعون أن يمارسوا حياتهم بشكل طبيعي دون خوف من النظام، كما يعني أيضا أن المناطق الغربية بات بإمكانها أن تتظاهر دون خوف من رصاص قوات المجنون.
