مصر تبدأ تسليح الثوار الليبيين

قالت صحيفة وول ستريت جورنال الأميركية إن مصر بدأت شحن الأسلحة للثوار الليبيين بعلم واشنطن، مشيرة إلى أنها استقت هذه المعلومات من أحد أعضاء المجلس الوطني الانتقالي في ليبيا، ومن مسؤولين أميركيين.
واعتبرت الصحيفة أن هذه هي المرة الأولى التي يتم فيها تأكيد شحن أسلحة تتكون من الأسلحة الخفيفة والذخيرة من حكومة أجنبية للثوار الليبيين الذين تعرضوا لنكسات ميدانية الأيام الأخيرة أمام قوات المجنون.

وقالت أيضا إن هذه الأسلحة تُعد مؤشرا قويا على أن بعض الدول العربية تستجيب لنداءات غربية بأخذ المبادرة في جهود التدخل لمساندة معارضي المجنون.

وكانت واشنطن ودول غربية أخرى قد عبرت عن خيبتها من عدم استعداد الدول العربية لحل المشاكل الإقليمية، وانتقدت محاولات الدول الغربية التدخل لحل هذه المشاكل.

وأوضحت وول ستريت جورنال أن هذه الشحنة تأتي بعد تحرك دبلوماسي عربي، حيث تم التصويت بالجامعة العربية على طلب فرض حظر جوي على ليبيا.

ووفر التصويت غطاءً سياسيا هاما للقوى الغربية التي كانت مترددة في التدخل في غياب تفويض أممي وقبول إقليمي واسع.


وكان البيت الأبيض يمانع في الاستجابة لأصوات بالكونغرس تدعو لتسليح الثوار مباشرة، وحجته هي ضرورة معرفة الثوار أولا وما هي السياسة التي سينتهجونها بعد إسقاط مجنون.
ويقول دبلوماسيون أميركيون إن بالمعارضة الليبية بعض العناصر الإسلامية، وتخشى واشنطن من أن عناصر إسلامية معادية لأميركا قد تستولي على القيادة وتستولي على أي أسلحة ترسلها واشنطن.


ووفق مسؤول أميركي فقد بدأت شحنات السلاح من مصر الأيام القليلة الماضية، وأكد المسؤول عدم وجود أي سياسة أميركية رسمية تتعلق بالموضوع، لكن واشنطن تعلم به.

ولم يتم الحصول على أي رد من الخارجية والناطق باسم رئاسة الوزراء بمصر، كما لم يتم التمكن من الاتصال بالمجلس العسكري لكن مسؤولا مصريا في واشنطن نفى علمه بشحنة الأسلحة.

وقال مسؤولون أميركيون إن شحنة الأسلحة المصرية "صغيرة جدا، ومتأخرة جدا" لكي تُحدث تغييرا في ميزان القوى لصالح الثوار.

وقال هاني السفلقي، وهو رجل أعمال ليبي بالقاهرة "إن المجلس العسكري المصري يساعدنا، لكنه لا يستطيع الظهور أكثر" ويلعب السفلقي دور قناة الاتصال بين الثوار الليبيين والمجلس العسكري بمصر منذ بدء المواجهات.

وأضاف "الأسلحة تمر، لقد أعطى الأميركيون الضوء الأخضر للقاهرة بتقديم المساعدة، فالأميركيون لا يريدون التدخل المباشر، كما أن المصريين لا يريدون تقديم المساعدة بدون موافقة أميركية".

وقال مسؤولون غربيون وثوار إن واشنطن تريد تفادي الظهور بدور اللاعب الأساسي بأي عمل عسكري ضد المجنون، بعدما أثار غزوها أفغانستان والعراق غضب المسلمين.

لكن واشنطن عبرت علنا عن رغبتها في إزاحة المجنون وأبدت استعدادها لمساعدة معارضيه. وكان ناطق باسم الثوار قد أكد وصول الأسلحة لكنه رفض كشف مصدرها. وقال مصطفى الغرياني "اللجنة العسكرية تشتري الأسلحة وتسلح شعبنا، الأسلحة تصل، ولكن طبيعتها وكميتها ومصدرها يبقى سرا".

وقال مسؤول أميركي إن القاهرة ترغب في بقاء نقل الأسلحة سرا. فمصر تحاول الظهور في صورة محايدة تجاه الثوار الليبيين، وامتنعت عن التصويت بالجامعة العربية لصالح قرار فرض حظر جوي على ليبيا.
