تشكيك دولي بقبول ليبيا القرار الأممي

أعلنت ليبيا التزامها بوقف فوري لإطلاق النار والانصياع للقرار الذي أصدره مجلس الأمن الليلة الماضية بحظر الطيران وفي وقت قالت كل من فرنسا وبريطانيا إنهما تتعاملان بحذر مع الإعلان الليبي، قالت الولايات المتحدة إنها تواصل دراسة الإجراءات الأكثر فعالية، بينما تتواصل الاستعدادات الدولية لتنفيذ القرار الأممي.
وقال وزير الخارجية الليبي موسى كوسا إن بلاده ستذعن للقرار الأممي، وإنها ستعمل على وقف إطلاق النار وكل العمليات العسكرية في البلاد لحماية المدنيين.
وشدد المسؤول الليبي على أن بلاده تولي حماية المدنيين "اهتماما كبيرا"، متعهدا أيضا بحماية كل الأجانب وكل الأصول الأجنبية في البلاد.
وفي أول رد على الإعلان الليبي، قال رئيس الوزراء البريطاني إن الحكم على مجنون ليبيا سيكون من خلال أفعاله وليس أقواله.
بدورها أكدت فرنسا أنها تتعامل بحذر مع الإعلان الليبي بالقبول بقرار وقف إطلاق النار، مؤكدة أن الوضع على الأرض لم يتغير لغاية الآن.
في حين أكدت وزيرة الخارجية الأميركية أن بلادها تدرس الإجراءات الأكثر فعالية بشأن ليبيا، وكررت مطالبها للمجنون بضرورة الرحيل، معتبرة أن إعلانه قبول القرار الأممي مجرد كلام.
في المقابل رحبت المستشارة الألمانية بإعلان ليبيا قبول قرار مجلس الأمن بحظر الطيران فوق ليبيا.
في الأثناء أكد شهود عيان ونشطاء أن كتائب المجنون واصلت قصفها لمدينة مصراتة رغم الإعلان الرسمي بقبول قرار مجلس الأمن الدولي.

لو يتعقل الخونة في ليبيا وغيرها وينظرون الى هذا القرار ان كان حقا في مصلحتهم
لكان صدر مثله لما قصفت دولة اليهود غزة ولبنان لا قرارات ولا هم يحزنون وكان لها الحق في القصف بمنظور الغرب
اما القذافي فليس له الحق بفعل المثل
