إعلان حالة الطوارئ باليمن

أعلن الرئيس اليمني مساء اليوم الجمعة حالة الطوارئ في البلاد، وذلك بعد أن قتلت قوات أمن ومسلحون 43 شخصا على الأقل بإطلاق نار على متظاهرين في ساحة التغييربالعاصمة صنعاء يطالبون بإسقاط النظام.
وقال صالح في مؤتمر صحفي إن مجلس الدفاع الوطني أعلن حالة الطوارئ، مضيفا أن هذا القرار يحظر على المواطنين حمل السلاح.
وهذه هي المرة الثانية التي يتم فيها إعلان حالة الطوارئ في اليمن خلال أقل من عقدين حيث كانت المرة الأولى منتصف ماي1994 عندما اندلعت الحرب الأهلية بين الشمال والجنوب.
وقد أفادت مصادر طبية من صنعاء أن عدد القتلى ارتفع إلى 43، إضافة إلى أكثر من مائتي جريح في الهجوم الذي استهدف مئات الآلاف الذين تظاهروا بعد صلاة الجمعة مطالبين بإسقاط النظام.
وأضافت أن معظم القتلى والجرحى أصيبوا بطلقات في الرأس والعنق والصدر، مؤكدة أن المستشفى الميداني الذي أقامه المعتصمون في ساحة التغيير لم يعد قادرا على استيعاب الأعداد المتزايدة من الجرحى.
إطلاق النار بدأه قناصة كانوا على أسطح الأبنية المحيطة بالساحة مباشرة بعد صلاة الجمعة، التي أطلق عليها المعتصمون اسم "جمعة الإنذار".

وأضاف أن مواجهات عنيفة لا تزال تدور في هذه الأثناء في شارع الرباط قرب ساحة التغيير بصنعاء، وأن قوات الأمن تطوق الساحة.
ومن جهتها ذكرت وكالة رويترز للأنباء أن من أطلقوا النار على المتظاهرين هم أفراد أمن يمنيون ومسلحون موالون للحكومة.
غير أن الرئيس اليمني أكد أن الشرطة لم تكن موجودة في الساحة ولم تطلق النار، مشيرا إلى أن الاشتباكات حدثت بين مواطنين والمتظاهرين، وقال إنه من الواضح أن عناصر مسلحة موجودة بين المتظاهرين.
أعلنت مصادر عن أن قناصة من قوات الأمن المركزي والحرس الجمهوري ومن يوصفون بأنهم "بلطجية" الحزب الحاكم تمترسوا على أسطح المنازل في جولة القادسية جنوب ساحة التغيير أمام جامعة صنعاء.
وأضافت أنه بعد إطلاق النار على المتظاهرين وقعت اشتباكات تركزت في محيط الساحة، وخصوصا شارع الرباط وشارع العشرين وجولة المركز الطبي الإيراني.
وبعد عصر اليوم الجمعة نشبت مواجهات بين متظاهرين وقوات الأمن المركزي أمام حي الجامعة القديمة، وأفاد شهود عيان أن قوات الأمن استخدمت الرصاص الحي وعربات المياه الساخنة وقنابل الغاز، وشوهدت خمس سيارات إسعاف تنقل جرحى سقطوا.
وقد قالت المعارضة إنه لم يعد هناك مجال للتوصل إلى تفاهم مع النظام، وأدان الرئيس الدوري للتحالف ياسين نعمان الهجوم على المتظاهرين في صنعاء واعتبره "جريمة" ودعا الرئيس إلى التنحي.
ومن جهتها أكدت "اللجنة التحضيرية للحوار الوطني" أنه لا حوار ولا مفاوضات مع النظام، بعد ما أسمتها "مجزرة" الجمعة.
أما الناطق باسم أحزاب اللقاء المشترك المعارضة محمد قحطان فاعتبر ما جرى في صنعاء "جريمة إبادة جماعية لشعب أعزل" وطالب المجتمع الدولي بتوفير الحماية للشعب.
قال الناشط الحقوقي عبد الرحمن برمان "مجزرة ساحة التغيير" بصنعاء تعد "جرائم ضد الإنسانية" وأشار إلى إمكانية متابعة الفاعلين أمام المحاكم الجنائية الدولية.
وأشار برمان إلى أن لديه معلومات سابقة تفيد بأن القوات الخاصة، التي يقودها نجل الرئيس اليمني، زودت أفرادها وأنصار الحزب الحاكم بأسلحة رشاشة بكواتم صوت، ربما استخدمها القناصة في مجزرة الجمعة.
