حملة ساركوزي في محل جدل....

[وهاب غبريني]

إنّ ما يجري في الساحة الدولية في هذه الآونة يطرح عدة تساؤلات .

المبادرة الفرنسية لحماية المتظاهرين في ليبيا تطرح أسئلة ملحّة .

لم لم تكن المبادرة من رئيس الأمم المتحدة ؟

ما هدف هذه الحملة ؟

أين كانت هذه القوات ازاء المجازر الإسرائلية في حقّ الطفال و النساء ؟

أين هذه القوات في حماية عدة شعوب مستعبدة من طرف حكامها في الصين في الصحراء الغربية و في اليمن و مواطن كثيرة في البوسنا و الشيشان ؟

ما الفرق بين أن يقمع الحاكم الدكتاتوري المتظاهرين بالكلاب أو بالصواريخ و الطائرات ؟

أم أن المسالة الليبية و العراقية هي تصفية حسابات بين الغرب و بين صدام و معمر القذافي الأو ل بسسب تهجمه بالصواريخ على تل أبيب و الثاني بسبب لسانه الطويل في حق اسرائيل و الحكام الغربيين و تورطه في لوكربي ....

و في الوقت نفسه ينجو حكام اكثر دكتاتورية بجلودهم تحت حماية الأمم المتحدة .

و لم تأخرت هذه الحملة حتى مات الآلاف و كاد القذافي أن يحكم قبضته هذا ان لم يحكم قبضته قبل ان يتحركوا .

و لحد الآن ما زالت نوايا هذه الحملة غامضة .

لم لا يصرحون مباشرة أنها حملة للإطاحة بالنظام القذافي و القاء القبض عليه و محاكمته ؟

و الى متى ستستمر الحملة ؟

و ماذا سيفعلون حين يرسل القذافي مرتزقة يذبحون المواطنين دون دبابات و لا طائرات ؟

و ما سيكون ردة فعل الأمم المتحدة و على رأسهم فرنسا فيم لو حدثت أحداث مشابهة في المغرب او الجزائر مثلا و خاصة في الصين ؟

أم أن لعطر النفط قوانين و حسابات أخرى ؟

أم أن ساركوزي يريد أن يلعب ورقة الحرب لاستعادة مكانته السياسة التى شهدت تراجعا مقلقا على مقربة من عام من الإنتخابات الرئاسية ؟

ثم ماذا بعد هذه الحملة ؟ من سيحصل على حصة الأسد من الغنائم خصوصا و أن المعارضة تكبدت خسائر فادحة مما سيدخل ليبيا في ظروف مشابهة للعراق.

فهذه القوات لا بد أن تقتص أجرها من ليبيا بطريقة أو باخرى سواء من المعارضة في حالة الفوز بفتح مضخات النفط للغرب , أو بتجميد أموال القذافي و اخذها لحسابهم .
و أخيرا ما دور المشاركة العرية في الحملة هل هي دول ديمقراطية بما يخول لها حماية شعوب مستضعفة ؟ ألم يكونوا بالأمس القريب ندماء القذافي و غيرهم من المخلوعين ؟ و هذا الكلام موجهة للقوات الدولية.
أليست فرنسا هي أول من فتح الباب للقذافي ؟

و من أين تحثل هذه الدول الدكتاوتورية عن الأسلحة بالطبع من دول لها يد و سبق في الظلم و القهر على راسهم روسيا و الصين و ألمانيا النازية و حتى فرنسا نفسها كانت تمول هذه الأنظمة بما يطيب لها من آخر التكنولوجية الحربية على شرط أن لا توجه القنابل اليهم عموما و لاسرائيل خاصة .

أم أنّ الأمر لا يعدو أن يكون استعراضا للقوات العسكرية و التخلص من مخازن الأسلحة المتعفنة منذ عقود .

أم هو تنفيذ لمخطط اسرائيل للتخلص من الشعوب العربية و رميها في متاهات لا مخرج منها من حروب أهليه و تطاحنات لا رابح منها ليخلوا بالشعب الفلسطيني بعيدا عن أعين العالم و دون الفت انتباه أحد و لا تدخل أحد شانهم شأن اللصوص الذين يضربون آن العواصف .
