ليبيا تطلب اجتماعا أمميا والمجنون يهدد

طلبت ليبيا صباح اليوم الأحد عقد جلسة طارئة لمجلس الأمن الدولي بعد ما وصفته بالعدوان الفرنسي البريطاني الأميركي الذي وقع عليها باعتبارها دولة مستقلة عضوا في الأمم المتحدة.
وأصدرت وزارة الخارجية الليبية بيانا قالت فيه "تطلب الجماهيرية العربية الليبية الشعبية الاشتراكية العظمى عقد جلسة طارئة لمجلس الأمن بعد وقوع عدوان فرنسي بريطاني أميركي على ليبيا الدولة المستقلة العضو في الأمم المتحدة، وهو أمر يهدد الأمن والسلم الدوليين".
وذكر البيان "بهذا العدوان الجوي والبحري الصاروخي الفرنسي البريطاني الأميركي الذي استهدف عديد المناطق المدنية في غرب البلاد، وأوقع ضحايا مدنيين وألحق أضرارا بمرافق مدنية من بينها طرق ومستشفيات ومطارات. انتهى مفعول القرار 1973 الخاص بفرض منطقة حظر جوي، وأصبح من حق ليبيا أن تستخدم الطيران العسكري والمدني دفاعا عن النفس بعد أن أسقطت فرنسا منطقة الحظر الجوي".

وكان مجنون ليبيا أكد السبت أنه سيسلح المدنيين للدفاع عن ليبيا إزاء ما وصفه "بالعدوان الاستعماري الصليبي" الذي تشنه دول غربية وجهت مساء أمس ضربات جوية إلى أهداف عسكرية تابعة للنظام الليبي.
وقال المجنون في كلمة بثها التلفزيون الرسمي بعد ساعات من بدء الهجمات "يجب الآن فتح المخازن وتسليح كل الجماهير بكل أنواع الأسلحة دفاعا عن استقلال ليبيا ووحدتها وشرفها". وأضاف أن "ليبيا ستمارس حق الدفاع عن النفس وفقا للمادة 51 من ميثاق الأمم المتحدة".
وتابع "ندعو شعوب ومواطني الأمة العربية والإسلامية وآسيا وأفريقيا للوقوف مع الشعب الليبي البطل لتصديه لهذا العدوان الذي لا يزيد الشعب الليبي إلا قوة وصلابة ووحدة في جبهة وطنية متحدة".
وهدد المجنون بأن منطقة "البحر المتوسط وشمال أفريقيا أصبحت الآن ساحة معركة"، وقال إن "مصالح الدول في المنطقة ستكون في خطر من الآن فصاعدا".
وكانت اللجنة الشعبية العامة للاتصال الخارجي (وزارة الخارجية) قد حذرت مساء السبت من أن الأهداف البحرية والجوية "المعادية" في البحر الأبيض المتوسط ستكون عرضة لعمليات عسكرية، بعد قصف التحالف الغربي لمواقع تابعة لنظام المجنون.
وقالت اللجنة في بيان لها "إنه بعد قيام فرنسا بقصف أهداف مدنية في الجماهيرية العظمى، وجب التنبيه إلى أن الأهداف البحرية والجوية المعادية وكذلك الرحلات الجوية في البحر المتوسط، ستصبح في خطر وعرضة للعمليات العسكرية الجارية".
