لم لا أكون رئيسا ؟

الرئاسة الحلم الأكبر الحلم الأصعب يحلم به الكثير ولا يناله أحد من الحالمين هل تحلم بهذا الحلم كما أحلم به؟ احلم فلا توجد خطوط حمراء فى الأحلام فالحلم حق لكل الناس .
ان هذا الحلم يراودنى ليل نهار يراودنى فى كل الأوقات.... حلم الرئاسة لم أتنازل عنه حتى الان ولن أتركه مستقبلا ....حقا هو حلم و أعرف أنه لن يكون علم و لكننى ما زلت أحلم به و سأحلم به حتى الموت.
ولما لا أحلم ؟ نعم سأحلم فالحلم حق للجميع الحلم هو الشئ الوحيد الذى لا يستطيع أحد أن ينتزعه منك مهما مارس عليك ألوانا وأشكالا عديدة من التعذيب وهذا لأنه حلم ولكن الأحلام يمكنها التحقق فكم من أمر حلمت به وتحقق أظن الكثير قد تحقق ولكن هذا الحلم بالتحديد وهو حلم الرئاسة لم يتحقق بعد فلنحلم جميعا وكما يقول البعض (لو بطلنا نحلم نموت) هيا احلم معى.
اننى أريد أن أعرف لماذا لا أكون رئيسا اذا كان لى فكر جيد و صدق مطلق فلم لا أصبح كذلك؟ أعتقد أن هذا الأمر لا أستطيع الاجابة عليه أريدكم أنتم أن تجيبونى عليه لماذا الرئيس دائما يكون من الجيش لماذا لا يترشح مواطن عادى مسلم أو رجل أو امرأة للرئاسة لماذا ؟ لماذا ؟ لماذ ا؟ أنتظر اجاباتكم على أحر من الجمر لأننى لا أستطيع أن أجيب عنها حاليا.
حلم منذ الطفولة

منذ كنت طفلا صغيرا و أنا أرى نفسى رئيسا قادما أجلس فى غرفتى منفردا لأفكر فى حلمى أفكر فيما سأفعل بعد أن أتولى الرئاسة بعدما أصبح رئيسا ما المشكلات التى ستواجهنى كيف أطور التعليم و أجدد المستشفيات و أدير شئون البلاد كيف أقضى على الارهاب دون المساس بالحريات كيف أنظف الشوارع و أنظم المرور و أقلل من الزحام كيف أبنى المدن و أزيل الفساد و أقضى على البطالة كيف أوفر التموين والخبز واللحوم للناس كيف؟؟؟ كيف؟؟؟
وبعدما تمر الدقائق والساعات و أنا معتكف على التفكير فى حلمى أشعر بثقل المهمة و أجد الكثير من التعقيد فى حل المشكلات و لكننى أتوصل لحلول بعض المشكلات وعندما أجلس مرة أخرى للتفكير فى هذا الأمر أجد المزيد من الحلول لعدد اخر من المشكلات وبعد عدة جلسات و تفكيرات تمكنت من وضع برنامج انتخابى خاص بى أقدمه الى الشعب عندما أرشح نفسى للرئاسة من أجل حل معظم المشكلات.

وهذا هو برنامجى الانتخابى
أولا اعادة هيكلة التعليم بداية من الابتدائى و حتى الوصول الى اخر الدرجات العلمية(سأقوم بعرض خطة التطوير فى مقالة أخرى مطولة).
ثانيا توفير تأمين صحى شامل لكل المواطنين وتطوير المستشفيات الحالية وانشاء مائة مستشفى جديدة (شاملة كل التخصصات) على مستوى الجمهورية.
ثالثا اعادة هيكلة منظومة الرواتب الحكومية من أجل تقليل الفوارق بين الأجور فيصبح الأجر الحكومى لايقل عن عشرين ألف دينار ولا يزيد عن مئةألف دينار(علما بأنه يوجد من يزيد أجره حاليا عن 100 مليون ومن يقل أجره عن ثلاثة الاف دينار) . رابعا توفير بطاقات تموينية بسعر مرخص للغاية ومواد تموينية عالية الجودة.
خامسا الغاء قانون الطوارئ وقوانين حبس الصحفيين و أى قانون يقيد الحريات وانشاء قانون جديد لمكافحة العمليات الارهابية الارهابية فقط أكرر الارهابية فقط.
سادسا بناء ستة ملايين وحدة سكنية للشباب يبدأ سعرها من مئة ألف دينار مقسطة على عشر سنوات .
سابعا توفير مليون فرصة عمل جديدة وذلك من خلال بناء ألف مصنع جديد.
ثامنا اعطاء تسهيلات للفلاحين من أجل زرع القمح و الذرة و المحاصيل الهامة.
تاسعا مراقبة دائمة ومستمرة على وزارة الداخلية و أقسام الشرطة من أجل وضع ضوابط لحماية المواطن من الاهانة أو التعذيب أو الفساد أو أى عمل يقلل من شأن الانسان.
عاشرا انشاء المزيد من الطرق والكبارى والقطارات سواء فوق الأرض أو تحتها من أجل راحة المواطنين و تقليل الزحام.
حادى عشر توصيل المياه و الكهرباء و الغاز لكل القرى و المدن الجزائرية
ثانى عشر عمل نظام ضرائب تزايدية فكلما زاد المكسب زادت نسبة الضرائب وكلما قل قلت نسبة الضرائب(سيتم شرحه فى مقالة أخرى مطولة).
ثالث عشر يجدد للرئيس الفترة الرئاسية مدتيتن متتاليتين على الأكثر.
ماذا عن برنامجكم ؟
بعد عرض هذا البرنامج عليكم لا أتمنى الا تحقيقه سواء أكان منى عندما أصبح رئيسا أو من الحكومة الحالية واننى أتمنى أن يتحقق حاليا دون الانتظار حتى أصبح رئيسا وأدعوكم للجلوس و التفكير فى برنامجكم الرئاسى وعرضه علينا حتى نستفيد من أفكاركم وتستفيد الحكومة الحالية من أفكارنا وتطبقة قريبا قبل أن نصبح رؤساء .

لم تأتي بجديدك في البرنامج فلربما ما سيق من برامج عبر العهد المتتالية كان أثرى و لكن المشكلة كانت و لازالت دائما في الإستبداد من أعلى الهرم إلى أسفله

يا اخي الرئاسة او القيادة تكليف و ليست تشريف

في عهد الرجال الرئاسة لم تكن هدفا او مطلبا بل كانوا يهربون من الحكم .

عاشرا: انشئنا المزيد من الطرق والكبارى والقطارات سواء فوق الأرض أو تحتها من أجل راحة المواطنين و تقليل الزحام...فطالها التكسير و التدمير و الاوساخ ...اعــداام


أخيرا: احترمت الدستور و ها انا اغادر بعد عهدتين لكن لا اظنكم تستقيموا الا اذا حكمتكم دهرا ..و لذا قررت اعدامكم كلكم لابقى وحدي اقود الاصلاحات .

أحترم برنامجك و تقبل مروري هذا بعفوية أخي الكريم ...و رسالتي هي على الشعب كذلك ان يكون على قدر تطلعاتك ايضا .
