عهد " لا للحرب نعم للسلام " اصبح حبرا على ورق في الاتحاد الاوربي

واصلت فرنسا قيادة قوات التحالف الدولي في شن حربها على الجماهيرية الليبية وسط ذهول عالمي اعاد الى الاذهان سنوات الاستعمار في القرنيني الماضيين والانتدابات الاستعمارية ما جعل المثقف العربي كمن في فمه ماء فبين دعم الثورة والثوار وبين الهجوم الغربي على ليبيا الغير مبرر .

وان كان مايحصل في ليبيا محيرا فالاكثر حيرة ان فرنسا هي التي تقود الحرب ، ففرنسا التي ارتبط اسمها بالحريات والموسيقى والفن والعطور والورود فاين اللوفر والشنزليزي وباريس مدينة الانوار فهل اعاد ساركوزي فرنسا مئة عام للوراء وهل العهد الذي قطعوه ممثلي الاتحاد الاوروبي عام 1952 في اعقاب الحرب العالمية الثانية ( لا للحرب ونعم للسلام ) اصبح مجرد حبر على ورق.

فالعرب اليوم قيادات ودول لا نعرف موقفهم فلا نسمع مدين او مؤيد بعد ان اعطوا الاذن للغزاة بضرب قلب ليبيا بقرار جامعتهم العربية والتي سرعان ما قال امينها العام ان هذا لم نتفق عليه في باريس . واما الجماهير فيتذكرون بحسرة قصيدة "نكبة دمشق " والتي ألقىها أحمد شوقي في حفلة أقيمت في القاهرة سنة 1926م لمواساة سوريا ولإغاثة منكوبي العدوان الفرنسي على دمشق عندما قصفت بالقنابل فما اشبه اليوم بالامس . واما العقلاء فيقولون " انما اكلت يوم اكل الثور الابيض "

استخدموا الشبح وقصفوا بالطيارات والصواريخ المجنحة

اما ميدانيا فقد استمرت فرنسا وحليفتها العربية قطر وحلفائها من الغرب امريكا وبريطانيا وكندا وبلجيكا بضرباتهم الجوية على القوات الموالية للزعيم الليبي معمر القذافي حول اجدابيا، وتقدم مقاتلو المعارضة في محاولة لاستعادة هذه البلدة .

هذا واصابت عمليات القصف التي نفذها التحالف قلب طرابلس ليل الاحد الاثنين وهي تحاول اليوم، قطع خطوط امداد قوات القذافي.

بدوره قال وزير الخارجية الفرنسي الان جوبيه، في بروكسل ان الحلف الاطلسي مستعد لدعم تدخل التحالف الدولي في ليبيا في "غضون بضعة ايام".

من جهته اعتبر الرئيس الروسي ديمتري مدفيديف الاثنين وصف رئيس وزرائه فلاديمير بوتين للتدخل الغربي في ليبيا بـ "الحملة الصليبية" بانه "غير مقبول".

وكان رئيس هيئة اركان الجيوش الاميركية الاميرال مايكل مولن اوضح الاحد بعدما اكد اقامة منطقة الحظر الجوي "ان قواته القذافي موزعة بين طرابلس وبنغازي على بعد الف كلم شرقا وسنحاول قطع الدعم اللوجستي" عنها اعتبارا من الاثنين.

وافاد سكان ان قوات الزعيم الليبي معمر القذافي تقصف منذ ثلاثة ايام منطقة الجبل الغربي (جنوب غرب طرابلس) وخصوصا مدينتي الزنتان ويفرن اللتين يسيطر عليهما المتمردون.

وقال احد سكان الزنتان (145 كلم جنوب غرب العاصمة الليبية) في اتصال هاتفي مع الوكالة الفرنسية ان "قوات القذافي تقصفنا من بعيد بواسطة صواريخ غراد. الامر مستمر منذ ثلاثة ايام. ان القصف كثيف جدا".

واضاف ان "المواجهات كانت عنيفة جدا. وتمكن المتمردون من صد الهجوم ومنعوا تقدم كتيبة للنظام نحو المدينة" الواقعة في هذه المنطقة الجبلية.

وبدأ تحرك التحالف وفي مقدمته الولايات المتحدة وفرنسا وبريطانيا، السبت عندما نفذ غارات جوية وقصف من البحر ضد اهداف عسكرية بموجب القرار رقم 1973 الذي تبناه مجلس الامن الدولي مساء الخميس.

أبيدت بيروت بطلعات جوية حطمت الرقم القياسي و استعملت كل الاسلحة المحرمة دوليا و و شاهدنا ما فعل الفوسفور الابيض بالعزل في غزة و الطيبيب ممثل الهلال الاحمر الجزائري لازال شاهدا حين ذهل مما رآه . ذلك الفسوفور الاتي من قاعدة قطر في الخليج الاسلامي و بعد ذلك يوصف القذافي بأكثر دموية من شارون ...على كل انتهى عصر التعاطف العربي بعدما ايدت لبنان الحرب على ليبيا . وما يهمنا اليوم نحن نحن وحسب .
