قصة عجيبة لهذا الرجل الصالح الثابت على الحق للتدبر و الإعتبار
و رأيي أنه لو كان أكثرنا ممن هو مثله لما تعفت الأوضاع إلى هذا الحد

علي القطان: لم أندم يوما على موقفي مع مبارك

بعد 15 سنة قضاها خلف القضبان، انتقلت قصته إلى الأوساط الإعلامية والحقوقية، فتقرر الإفراج عنه في ديسمبر/كانون الأول عام 2007. وبعد سقوط نظام الرئيس المخلوع حسني مبارك ثار التساؤل عن حقيقة الرجل الذي قال لمبارك "اتق الله"، فسجنه تلك المدة.
الرجل هو "علي مختار عبد العال القطان"، مصري يبلغ من العمر 64 عاما، يروي للجزيرة نت أنه في 27 رمضان 1413 هجرية الموافق 21 مارس/آذار1993 كان مقيما بالمدينة المنورة، وكان ضمن من ينتظرون نفحات ليلة القدر بالحرم النبوي، فأخذ مكانه في الصف الأول، وقرابة الفجر ذهب ليجدد وضوءه، ولدى عودته وجد الحراس يمنعون الدخول.
كان الزائر هو حسني مبارك، وكانت الإجراءات الأمنية مشددة، لكن وجه القطان كان مألوفا لقائد التشريفة السعودي، الذي رآه فتبسم، ومن ثم مكّنه من الدخول، حيث أدى مع الحاضرين صلاة الصبح.
يقول القطان: "بمجرد انتهاء الصلاة وجدت مبارك أمامي، يرتدي جلبابا، ويبدو أنه أتم عمرة بمكة، ثم جاء لزيارة المسجد.. فقلت له بشكل عفوي "يا ريس اتق الله، واحكم بما أنزل الله"، فأخذته رعدة، وتلفت مرتبكا، وأسرع الحراس إليه، وانطلقوا به إلى خارج المسجد.

يضيف "بعد خروجهم بدقائق فوجئت بعربة كبيرة، حملوني إليها حافي القدمين، وسألني أحدهم متوجسا: "فين السلاح؟"، رددت بابتسامة فأخذوا يفتشون جيوبي، ويتحسسون جسدي، فلم يجدوا سوى متعلقاتي: منديل ومسواك وزجاجة عطر وبضع ريالات وأوراق إقامة".

إحراج للسعودية
قال له ضابط سعودي "أحرجتنا.. لماذا قلت له ذلك؟"، أجاب: "هذا هو الطبيعي بهذا المكان". نقلوه إلى مبنى أمن الدولة في جدة، وسألوه فأجاب: "أنا مقيم منذ 13 سنة، ولم يصدر مني أي تجاوز، وهذا سلطان قلت له نصيحة لم تخرج عن الشرع".
ويتابع القطان أن ضباطا مصريين قدموا لاستلامه وأخذوه إلى مطار القاهرة ومنه إلى سجن طرة، ثم إلى مقر أمن الدولة في "لاظوغلي"، حيث فوجئ باللواء محمد عبد الحليم موسى (خامس وزير داخلية في عهد مبارك)، يقول له: "لماذا قلت ذلك؟ فأجاب: "وما الذي يمنع أن يقولها أي واحد منكم لمصلحة البلد؟".
ولما كان عام 1993 قد شهد عددا من أحداث العنف المنسوبة لإسلاميين، منها محاولات اغتيال لوزراء ومسؤولين، وحوادث اعتداء على السياح، فقد سأل وزير الداخلية القطان عن الجهة التي حرضته على ما فعله فأجاب قائلا "كلمتي نصيحة بآية، فالقرآن يقول "ولقد وصينا الذين أوتوا الكتب من قبلكم وإياكم أن اتقوا الله"، ويقول "وأن احكم بينهم بما أنزل الله".

ويواصل القطان رواية ما جرى له فيقول إنه عندما عاد إلى السجن كان المسؤولون هناك يقولون له إنه لا يوجد عليه أي دليل إدانة لكن مشكلته مع الرئيس حيث إنهم يقررون الإفراج عنه لكن ضوءا أحمر يأتيهم من مكتب زكريا عزمي رئيس الديوان الرئاسي.
ويختتم الرجل حديثه بالتأكيد على أن ضباط السجن طلبوا منه كتابة التماس للإفراج عنه لكنه رفض، ويقول إنه ظل دائما يدعو على مبارك "اللهم أزل دولته، وأبدلنا خيرا منه"، إلى أن أطلقوا سراحه يوم 17 ديسمبر/ كانون الأول 2007.

القطان بلغ درجة نقيب في الجيش المصري

سيرة ذاتية
يذكر أن علي القطان من مواليد 29 أبريل/نيسان عام 1947، وهو حاصل على بكالوريوس خدمة اجتماعية عام 1969، وخدم بالجيش المصري بين عامي 1969 و1975، حيث شارك في حربي الاستنزاف و1973، حتى بلغ درجة نقيب بسلاح المشاة.
وفي عام 1976 توجه إلى فرنسا لدراسة علم الاجتماع، وهناك التقى بالمستشرق الشهير جاك بيرك، ثم توجه إلى السعودية عام 1980 للعمل باحثا اجتماعيا، كما زار 50 دولة، ويقول إنه يهوى الترحال.
ويرى القطان أن النصيحة أصل في الدين، وأن الحاكم يجب أن يكون بينه وبين شعبه جسر من الثقة، والود الاجتماعي، وأن هذا لا يتحقق إلا بالعدل.
ويبقى أن جذور الرجل تعود إلى محافظة المنوفية التي ولد فيها مبارك، ويذكر أن والده كان يعرف والد الرئيس المخلوع جيدا لأنه كان يعمل سكرتيرا لنيابة أشمون وكان والد مبارك يعمل حاجبا لمحكمة أشمون نفسها في خمسينيات القرن الماضي.
