الدوحة- قال متحدث باسم المجلس الانتقالي في ليبيا الثلاثاء إن الثوار في بنغازي شكلوا "حكومة مؤقتة" برئاسة محمود جبريل.
وقال عصام غرياني المتحدث باسم المجلس لمحطة الجزيرة القطرية ان "المجلس الوطني الانتقالي هو هيئة تشريعية ولكننا نحتاج إلى هيئة تنفيذية لتتسلم السلطة والإدارة".

وأشار إلى أن موقف الثوار "واضح جداً منذ البداية بأن ليبيا هي كيان واحد. عاصمتنا طرابلس وستبقى طرابلس".

وتابع "نحن نناضل من أجل تحرير الأجزاء الغربية من البلاد وطرابلس وإبقاء البلاد موحّدة. نود أن نركّز على هذا الأمر مجدداً".

وبدأت قوات التحالف بقيادة الولايات المتحدة وفرنسا وبريطانيا منذ السبت الماضي شن عملية عسكرية لفرض حظر جوي على ليبيا بموجب القرار 1973 الصادر عن مجلس الأمن الدولي.

اليست هذه خطوة مخالفة للوحدة المنشودة ؟؟ ماذا لو استعصت عليهم طرابلس ؟؟
اليس التقسيم بعينه ؟؟

بدون عاطفة أخي الكريم هذا هو الواقع مع تلميحات الغرب على رأسهم واشنطن انها لا تريد القضاء على القذافي و لو ان اوباما طلب منه الرحيل علنا ، لكن ادارته اكدت ان الحسم لن يكون الا داخلي و تدخل بري لنصرة فريق ضد فريق آخر أمر جد مستبعد مع تعالي الصيحات من هنا و هناك من جدوى العمليات العسكرية و من معسكر الحلفاء نفسه ...ما المخرج اذن ؟؟

قبل ثواني من كتابة الموضوع مذيع ليبي( الامر غريب) يحمل كلاشنيكوف يحلف بما يملك انه سيموت هو و كل مؤيدي القذافي على اسوار طرابلس و قال لو ان القذافي خائف ما قام بتسليح من هو حوله .

هل هذا يبحث عنه الغرب ، توازن للقوى ثم التقسيم .

صحيح أخي الكريم هم يرفضون الحوار جملة و تفصيلا فليس على لسانهم الا الزحف نحو طرابلس ..لان ذلك سيؤدي الى وقف لاطلاق النار حقنا للدماء و كذا الوقوف على اوراق الطرف الاخر الذي اشترط وقف التمرد ، و قاموا بحرق اي وساطات ممكنة و من بينها الجزائر و سيناريو المرتزقة هو لاظهارفقط أن الجزائر ليست البلد المحايد الموثوق به. ولا ننسى ان الحوض البترولي يقع في الهلال الموضح اعلاه ( اجدابيا ، سرت) اي وسط الطرفين و كما ذكرت ماذا عن قبائله و تراكم الحقد و الثأر بين الطرفين .

بعدما خرجت تونس و مصر بأخف الاضرار ، ربما ستدفع ليبيا ترابها ، وحدتها و دماء ابناءها قربانا للثورة فتنتصر هذه الاخيرة و تحمل الديموقراطية على اشلاء ليبيا . و هنا نطرح السؤال : البلد اهم ام نهج الحكم ؟ حسب رأيي المتواضع اذا ذهب موطنك فأين بامكانك ان تنصب نهج حكمك و على من ؟ و اذا شاركك من الخارج آخر في ذلك هل ستكون بعد ذلك سيد في قرارك و انت من تحارب لاجل سيادة شعبك . هل يحسبون خطواتهم حقا ؟ ام انهم لا يستمعون الا لوسوسات الشياطين من العواصم الغربية التي لم تهدأ منذ وصول القذافي للسلطة .( المؤامرة على ليبيا ليست وليدة اليوم)

طيب هناك من يقول ما الحل اذن ؟؟ ذاك بذاك هم يقتتلون الان ؟

طاولة الحوار و لا يقصى أي طرف و لا ينتقص من حجم اي طرف و لا ننسى ان العداءات قديمة و قديمة بدأت حتى قبل ظهور النت و هذا ما دعا اليه القرار الاممي الاخير 1973 و في مادته الاولى هو وقف اطلاق النار ملزم للطرفين .
المادة الثانية : البدأ في حوار مباشر للوصول الى اصلاحات سياسية يقض بحل سلمي و نهائي لهاته الازمة .

و لولا هاتين المادتين ما كان القرار قد مرر لاقناع (الصين ، البرازيل ، روسيا ، الهند ) حين لم يصوتوا ضد القرار لما فيه من حلول واقعية .

لكن الدول الاستعمارية العدائية أخذت القرار كمبرر اولا لحظر جوي تتبعه ضربات جوية من فرنسا ساركوزي لدوافع استراتيجية محظة ثم تلتها متأخرة و متكاسلة الولايات المتحدة و بعض القوى من دون ان ننسى كلاب المنطقة المرحبة بذيولها لاي عمل منذ بداية الازمة ...
و لا ننسى دور الاعلام العربي سواء من المشرق او المغرب الذين راحوا يصرون عن مجازر مدنية عن شهود عيان رغم قبول القذافي القرار الاممي .
مما عجل من هاته الضربات ...

أتفق معك أيها الكتاب المفتوح في مضمون ما قلت اجمالا هو ان هذه الازمة على اي جنب نامت أو كيف كان مخرجها فستصب في صالح الغرب ان عاجلا او آجلا و لربما عدة عصافير بحجر واحد و ان تطلب الامر اللعب على الحبلين سواء مع ذاك او ذاك . غانمين النفط و أشياء أخرى ، محاصرة الجزائر من كل جانب ، فلسطين اللعبة تكون قد بدأت ...إلخ .

فعلا ،من لا يرى من الغربال فهو اعمى ومن يجهل الامور وخبايا الاشياء يبقى يجتر في كلام فارغ دون قيمه ولا هدف ،للاسف المؤامرة واضحه ومن ينكرها يغلط في نفسه ومن يدافع عنها يغلط في الاخرين ،اما عن تونس ومصر فهما بنيتا على عماله وحتى لو ذهب العميل الاول فهم متاكدون ان الذي سياتي سيكون عميلا او على الاقل سيحافظ على مصالح الغرب في بلده وعلى سياستها معهم ،امما ليبيا فالقدافي كان يجاهر دوما بتمرده على الغرب [لست ادافع عن القدافي ]لكن حتى ولو كان له مصالح مع الغرب فهو يبدي دوما عدائه لهم.

في آخر زيارة لساركوزي لليبيا اغتنم 10 مليار دولار تحت خيمة القذافي عندما كانت العواصم الاوروبية الانسانية تفتح ذراعيها (لسفاح اليوم ) و عنذما كانت حارستاه باللبزة العسكرية تصول و تجول الاليزي طاغيات بذلك على البزات الرسمية و ربطات العنق الباريسية ، صفقات هنا و هناك .

حين سئل ساركوزي عن دوافع التقارب مع سفاح مجرم في حقوق الانسان ردد انه بذلك لا يخدم الى مصلحة فرنسا و شعبها و قط و هو ما نفعله مع الجزائر و الصين و غيرها من الدول ...

لكن الازمة المالية و الاقتصادية لفرنسا العالم المتقدم أكبر و أخطر من بضعة مليارات من هنا و هناك و العجز الفرنسي يتزايد من سنة لاخرى ... و سفينة الاتحاد الاوروبي تقترب من الغرق ...

هم يرودون الكعكة كلها فتسولهم تحت الخيمة اصبح غير لائق امام العالم ...هم يريدون مفتاح الخزينة بعينه في أيديهم مباشرة . كما يحدث بدول الخليج .
