بلغت تكلفة إنجاز الشطرين الأول والثاني لتهيئة النهج الرئيسي للقطب الحضري الجديد لمدينة المدية ''40, 981 , 180, 402 دينار، أي أزيد من 40 مليار سنتيم، تخص 8, 1 كلم للشطر الأول و2, 1 كلم للشطر الثاني، بمجموع ثلاثة كيلومترات، أي بتكلفة تفوق 13 مليار سنتيم للكلم الواحد. والملاحظ أن هذا الإنجاز عادي ولا يطبعه أي تمايز عما حوله من مسالك مزفتة، ما فتح باب التساؤلات حول سر ضخامة المبلغ، وهو مبلغ يضاهي أو يفوق سعر إنجاز منشأة فنية بالمقاييس الدولية، حسب أحد

ذكر أحد أعضاء المجلس الشعبي الولائي بجيجل، أمس، أثناء مناقشة ملف السكن، بأن هناك 14 مسكنا ترقويا تابعة للصندوق الوطني للتوفير والاحتياط تبقى في وضعية مغلقة منذ 1998 على مستوى بلدية العوانة. وأشار المنتخب نفسه إلى أنه وقبل إيجاد حل للإشكال القائم بشأن هاته السكنات والشروع في استغلالها، لابد من عرضها لرقية شرعية، باعتبار أنها، كما أضاف، أصبحت مسكونة بالجن، حيث تنبعث من داخلها، دوريا، أصوات غريبة ولاسيما خلال الليل، مثلما أضاف المنتخب.
