السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
واقع القطاع الصحي في الجزائر
مستشفيات قديمة صغيرة فقيرة من حيث التجهيرات الطبية الازمة لخدمت المرضى . ناهيك عن النقص الكبير في المستشفيات . رانا في 2011
كوادر طبية غير مؤهلة تعمل ساعة في اليوم وتقعد 10 ساعات في القصرة . وسوء معاملة للمرضى ( كشغل راهم يطلب عليهم ) ويتقاضون اجرا على عملهم هذا ولا يعجبهم ويطلبون رفع الأجور .... ويهددون بالاضرابات .. وهل هم يعملون اصلا؟

هذه نتيجة الفساد اللذي تعيشه جزائرنا الحبيبة
و غياب السلطات و المراقبة معضمهم راشي و معضمهم مرتشي
لا حولة ولا قوة الا بالله

شكرا لك على الرد .. وكيف يمكننا القضاء على الفساد .. ما راه كاليها غير المواطن المسكين الى ما يقدرش على تكاليف المستشفيات الخاصة الى تسلخ جلد المواطن . يا يروح للمستشفى الحكومي ويديرو فيه مزيا لدخلوه ويتعلمو فيه . ولا يقعد يموت في دارو بكرامتو

أما اذا كنت تتكلم عن الممرض فأنت تتهم الممرض بسوء المعاملة والتفياس
انا اعمل في الاستعجالات الليلية في ولاية كبيرة. لوحدي استقبل اكثر من 150 مواطن في الليلة الواحدة تعالي انت اعمل مكاني وسوف تري الواقع الصحي

شكرا لك على الرد ... إذا كان الشعب فاسدا ليس بالضرورة ان كل الشعب فاسد .. هذا يعني الاغلبية الساحقة ... سيدي انت نفضلت وقلت انك لوحدة تستقبل اكثر من150 مواطن في الليلة .. الا يعني ان هذا نقص في الكادر الطبي واعني بالكادر الطبي من اطباء وممرضين .سيدي انت تقول ان الممرض فقط من يعرف الواقع الصحي في الجزائر ... انا اقول لك ان المواطن هوأكثر من يعرف الواقع الصحي في الجزائر. هو من يعاني من تردي القطاع الصحي في الجزائر ,, لا الممرض ولا الطبيب ولا الوزير الذي هو اصلا لا يهتم الا بخدمة معارفه واقربائه ,,سيدي ويزير الصحة غذا اصابه مرض لا قدر الله .. هل سيعالج نفسه في الجزائر .. لا اضن هذا ,, لو فرض على وزير الصحة ان يتعالج في الجزائر في مستشفى حكومي لكان احسن مستشفى حكومي في الجزائر ,, ولكان بمواصفات اوروبية و20 نجمة ان وجدت

لازم الطبيب يعمل فقط في اطار ما تعلمه ما دخل الطبيب في الادارة + وكذلك الممرض
هذا هو السبب الرئيسي لمشاكل الصحة في الجزائر
نحن في ولايتنا عندنا ممرض مختص في الانعاش في رأيك انت ماذا يعمل
الان هو مدير مصالح الصيانة وتعلم ما هي الصيانة

القطاع الصحي ان لم نقل هو قطاع شديد الحساسية فهو قطاع حساس جدااا.. يجب إعادة هيكلته هيكة تامة وتحسين اداء الخدمة للمواطن من بناء المستشفيات المؤهلة والمجهزة للاستقبال اي حالة كانت والجهوزية التامة للتعامل مع اي طارئ ,, وزيادة الكوادر الطبية المؤهلة .. والرقابة على عمل الاطباء,, وتخصص كل واحد في منصبه ,, حاليا البلاد التي انا فيها بها مستشفيات كبيرة منتشرة بشكل كبير حكومية لكنها متخصصة,,حيث المستشفيات خاصة تحاول أن تنافس المستشفيات الحكومية ,, وتنسيق تم بين جميع المستشفيات الخاصة والحكومية ,, سيدي المستشفى القريب مني فقط مساحته مساحة مدينة كاملة من مساحات خضراء .. قسم الطوارئ به احدث الاجهزة وكوادر ضحمة من الاطباء والممرضين والاستشاريين ,, وكل في منصبه , ومساحته ان لم اكن مخطئ بمساحة مستشفى كامل في الجزائر,,, بعيادات متخصصة ,, واغلب الاطباء في مستشفيات الحكومية في هذه الدولة هم اطباء متخصصين.
