علي زيدان ومنصور سيف النصر
: تعهد ممثلان عن المعارضين الليبيين باقامة دولة مستقبلية "علمانية وديمقراطية" وأبديا ثقتهما في انهيار نظام معمر القذافي سريعا إذا واصل التحالف غاراته واذا تم تزويد المسلحين المعارضين بأسلحة. وصرح علي زيدان عضو الرابطة الليبية لحقوق الانسان والمتحدث في أوروبا باسم المجلس الوطني الانتقالي العميل "نريد أن يواصل التحالف تدمير القدرة العسكرية للقذافي. لدينا الرجال وما نريده هو السلاح". ورد زيدان إلى جانب منصور سيف النصر المعارض المقيم في المنفى في الولايات المتحدة، طيلة ساعتين مساء الثلاثاء على أسئلة مئة صحافي وكاتب ومثقف ووزراء سابقين دعاهم المفكر الفرنسي برنار هنري ليفي للاطلاع على "مستقبل" ليبيا. وكان هنري ليفي توجه في مطلع اذار/ مارس الى معقل المعارضة في بنغازي وقدم مسؤولين في المجلس الوطني إلى الرئيس الفرنسي نيكولا ساركوزي، مما ساهم في تسريع الاعتراف بالمجلس محاور سياسي للاتحاد الاوروبي. وقال زيدان "في ليبيا نقول وان تو ثري مرسي ساركوزي (واحد اثنان ثلاثة شكرا ساركوزي)". وعرف زيدان وهو رجل أعمال في الستينات من العمر عن نفسه هو وسيف النصر بانهما مبعوثان من قبل المجلس الوطني الانتقالي ولو انهما ليسا عضوين فيه. وأوضح زيدان عند استقباله في وزارة الخارجية الاثنين أن "المجلس الوطني يتألف من 31 عضوا لكن تم الكشف عن هوية ثمانية منهم فقط لان بعضهم لا يزال يقيم في مناطق يحتلها القذافي"، على حد تعبيره. واضاف إن "هناك محامين واساتذة وجامعيين". وتابع إن "كل المناطق الليبية ممثلة في المجلس. هناك أعضاء من كل القبائل بما فيها القذاذفة التي يتحدر منها القذافي". وأكد زيدان أن "ما يحصل ليس حربا أهلية. انه الشعب الذي سئم 42 عاما من الدكتاتورية. ليس هناك أي مخاطر بتقسيم البلاد". ولم يبد الرجلان المتفائلان أي شكوك حول انتهاء النزاع سريعا رغم غياب التنظيم في صفوف المعارضين والضربات الجوية المحدودة. واعتبرا أن النزاع يمكن أن ينتهي "في غضون عشرة أيام اذا تواصلت الغارات بالقوة نفسها لتدمير المدرعات والاسلحة الثقيلة". وقال زيدان "لدينا ما يكفي من العناصر للتقدم نحو طرابلس ونحن واثقون من النصر"، مشيرا إلى أن الثوار يقاومون منذ اسابيع على الرغم من نقص الاسلحة في العديد من المدن في غرب البلاد. وينص قرار مجلس الامن الدولي فرض حظر على الاسلحة. واضاف زيدان "لكن اذا ارادت دول عربية مساعدتنا فلن يحول احد دون ذلك". ومن جهته، قال سيف النصر ردا على سؤال حول ما ستكون عليه ليبيا بعد القذافي، إن "المجلس الوطني مجلس انتقالي وبعده ستشكل هيئة مكلفة اعداد دستور". واضاف "لبناء الدولة لدينا مسؤولين في داخل ليبيا وفي خارجها"، في اشارة إلى ثلاثين الف ليبي يحملون شهادات دكتوراه ويقيمون في اوروبا والولايات المتحدة او في دول الخليج. وردا على المخاوف من تزايد النزعة الاسلامية، قال إن "ليبيا المستقبلية ستكون دولة ديموقراطية وعلمانية. الشعب الليبي معتدل والدولة لن يؤسسها متدينون". وفي ما يتعلق بالنفط، تعهد زيدان بـ"احترام العقود الموقعة"، مؤكدا أن السلطة المقبلة "ستأخذ في الاعتبار الدول التي قدمت لنا يد العون".
