وكان وفد إداري عن الجامعة الملكية المغربية لكرة القدم، يتشكل من الأعضاء الثلاثة الذين كانوا قد رافقوا مساعد مدرب "أسود الأطلس" دومينيك كوبيرلي في زيارته التفقدية التي قادته إلى بونة قبل أسبوعين قد وصلوا البارحة لتهيئة كل شيء قبل وصول الوفد الرسمي، وسيعمد الثلاثي المتشكل من يوسف البلاوي والعربي محمد السري إضافة إلى المكلف بالجانب "اللوجستيكي" غادفة نزهة على وضع آخر الترتيبات تحسبا لإقامة منتخبهم بعنابة، وذلك سواء على مستوى مقر الإقامة بفندق الريم الجميل.

سيجد المنتخب المغربي الشقيق ترحابا مميزا من كل عنابة التي ستفتح لهم ذراعيها وتستقبلهم بالورود، وكذا فرقة فلكورية "العيساوة" سترحب بهم فور نزولهم بالقاعة الشرفية للمطار، وسيكون بعض مسؤولي الولاية وممثلي الفاف أيضا في استقبالهم ومرافقتهم لمقر إقامتهم بفندق الريم الجميل الذي شهد إصلاحات كبيرة حتى يكون في الموعد، وبالتالي المحافظة على روعة الصورة التي رسمت مؤخرا، ولأجلها أرسل مسؤولو الجامعة الملكية يوم الإثنين برقية تهنئة إلى الفاف أشادوا من خلالها بحفاوة الاستقبال التي حظي به الوفد عند تنقله إلى عنابة، وكذا الظروف والإمكانيات التي سخرتها لجنة التنظيم برئاسة الحاج ميبراك، لأن حرارة الاستقبال تبقى في صدارة انشغالات اللجنة المنظمة ومسؤولي الفاف على حد سواء، وأولهم والي عنابة محمد الغازي ورئيس الفاف محمد روراوة اللذان شددا على ذلك في أكثر من مناسبة.
