أكثر شيء مطلوب من الجزائر هو اصلاحات ، كون دورها المستقبلي هو قيادة الجهة الغربية من افريقيا ، على انت تتولى تركيا الجهة الشرقية مع شروط ستجعل من اي نظام مستقبلي ليس له بد الا ان يوافق عليها . و الاكيد الاكيد ان الجزائر ستجد نفسها بعد انقشاع ضباب هذه الثورات مجبرة على لعب كل الاوراق حتى و لو على حساب القومية التي تنتمي اليها تحت شعار نفسي نفسي ...حين تتفكك كل اواسر المحبة بين دول المنطقة حين ترى عدوا ما من صداقته بد حتى لا يتسلقه بعوض المنطقة ... وعليه فالتعويل على فوضى عارمة بالجزائر امر مستبعد و لا يخدم مصالح الغرب الاستراتيجية ..الا اذا لم نحسب خطواتنا بحذر و حاولنا ان نكون ملوكا اكثر من الملوك حماية للمقومات التي باعها الاخرون بأبخس الاثمان .
