يقف خبراء الطبخ حول منضدة
جاءوا من أفخم مطاعم العالم ومدارسها
تُوضع أمامهم أطباقٌ بها أصناف طعام
يحدقُّون ويتأملون

يقطعون بلطفٍ واحترافية قطعة من الطعام
ويمضغونها على مهل
لا يعلم المتذوق العمومي مكوناتها
لكنهم يعلمون

لقد خَلط أجزاءً من لحوم ونباتات ومُطَيِّبات
وغلفها بمسحوقٍ لا يعلمه إلا الخبراء
يَهُزُّ خبيرٌ رأسه بثقة
ويسجل ملاحظاته

يرتفع شأن متسابق
وتتسابق عليه الفنادق الفخمة
يُصدر كُتباً للطبخ
ويطل من قنوات تلفزيونية

يلتف عشرات من البدائيين حول قدر
وُضِع فيه كمية من لحوم وبقول وبصل
ترتفع الأدخنة من حول قِدرهم
يُسكب في قصعات كميات من الطعام
فتشترك المجموعات في تناوله

لا سكاكين، ولا ملاعق، ولا شُوَّك
تسيل بعض محاليل من المَرَق
تنزلقُ على الساعد
وعلى فخذ الجار

يُعلن الآكلون عن فرحهم بامتلاء بطونهم
ويشكرون الآلهة
ثم يشكرون صاحب الوليمة
يذكرون المناسبة طويلاً

تجلس امرأةٌ خمسينية وفي يدها فنجان
تحدق فيه للحظات
وتتنبأ بما يُفرِح من تُخاطب
فتتكلم ...

تطلب المرأة الأخرى النظر بالفنجان
فترى محلولاً من مسحوق البن والماء
استقر بكثافات مختلفة على أجزاء الفنجان
لا معنى واضح لذلك المشهد

تُفضل تكذيب نفسها
وتكن احتراما مؤقتاً لقارئة الفنجان
ستنسى فيما بعد ما تنبأت به
لن تنقم عليها لو كانت مخطئة

يُخفق طالبٌ في تحصيل علامات
فتفرزه المدرسة الى الفرع الأدبي
لا يسعفه مجموعه في دخول الجامعات المحلية
فيراسل جامعةً بعيدة

يحترف أصول القواعد واللغة
وتنمو مهاراته بكتابة الخاطرة والأقصوصة
قد تُشهره صحيفة أو مجلة
أو حتى منبر خطابة

يُصبح ناقداً ومحللاً
فيبادر:
أسلوبٌ مباشر..
لغة ركيكة

غموضٌ في الفكرة
أولى للكاتب أن يضعها تحت النثر
كان من الأجدر بالكاتب أن يقول كذا
أنصح الكاتب بالاطلاع على تجارب غيره

لا تتوقف الشعوب عن تناول الطعام
ولا يتوقف المتحدثون عن الحديث
ويكتنه الجميع الحق
ويكتنه الجميع الباطل

يتكلم باسم الجميع، من يتقن فن الكلام
حتى لو كان قليل الحكمة
ولكن الجميع لا يقرون بأحقيته بالسيادة
